I actually lost the spark arrestor on mine it blew right out on this exhaust and bike. Im actually going to put a new one in. To me the bike actually does not feel as good. The down low 450 feel it had no longer is there. Not really sure I can notice the gain at the top end of the rev it’s just louder. Would be interesting to see this on a Dyno with and with out the spark arrestor.

How does the FMF unit with and without the spark arrest or compare to the stock muffler from a loudness perspective? I think the stock muffler seems loud and I am going for as quiet as possible. Thanks.

I bought a power core 4 hex muffler for my 2021 350 xcfw do I need a tuner if I am only installing the slip on ?

I recently bought fmf 4.1 exhaust and I can’t get the spark arrestor out it doesn’t come out as easy as in the vid I tried pulling it out but just won’t come out and tips?

I installed this on my 2023 crf450r. With the RTS do you need to rejet? On deacceleration, is it normal for backfire and pops when the spark arrestor is removed ?? Would love the feedback ! Thank you!

Your bike has fuel injection so there is no jetting

@Brady Arnott a slip on shouldn't make enough difference that you have to get a ecu tune but if you got it tuned it would maximize power gains

Yeah it would be nice to be able to find an exhaust I’ve been trying to find one for months with no luck looks like I’m gonna have to get it through the ktm dealer

I wanted to repack my 4.1 on my XCF but is literally impossible to get the slip on off from the header. I cheated it up I've pounded on it with a mallet nothing will make that thing even budge a millimeter. I laughed out loud when I saw this one just slip right off.

Mine was rtv glued by previous owner Im removing both sides and then installing one at a time.Skip the damn glue

same, ive emailed fmf and they said they are exclusive to ktm and other brand dealers only atm, but yet ive messaged loads of ktm dealers and they have none for the 2023 models

@@jamprd I put my KTM 2023 SX-F 350 into Dennis Kirk, Motosport to search and both say NO FMF exhausts fit the bike! No Akrapovic fit either. Not understanding this. I even went to Rocky Mountain Atv and it says only Pro Circuit fits the 2023 SX-F 350. WTF?

I went to Dennis Kirk and put in my 2023 SX-F 350 and it says no pipes fit,......none! Also says no pipes fit at Motosport and Rocky Mountain ATV. The only pipe they all say fit the 2023 SX-F 350 is the pro circuit T6. WTF? Can anyone explain why this is?

Brand new, most likely not available yet, still in proto stage. Had the same problem when I bought my new bike in January
