Love this! I grew up in the Gong too! My old broker said no to me buying an investment property in 2020 when it was $260k around the corner from where I lived. I had sufficient equity to manage it, but he said the banks would say no, so I didn't do it... that property is worth over $600k now and now that I've joined Infinity Fam, I have now purchased my first investment property. I'm stoked with the strategy that we're doing, and it IS achievable! To all those watching thinking that it can't be done.... the banks want you to believe it's not achievable, but IT IS!! I'm a single Mum and I'm doing it on my own on an average wage. Don't poo-poo it without watching one of the webinars and actually finding it out for yourself!

What is there not to believe they sold an old property and a motorbike and smashed down debt? maybe listen to the entire conversation before giving your self an UPPERCUT of negativity, its really sad you comment on someones success but dont bother to listen to the facts unless thats an excuse to stay in the current position you are in xxoxxoo there is 53 minutes of facts right here yet you dont beleive it? @ I did watch the whole thing and it was never explained how it was actually done. How can they go from a mortgage and credit card debt to owning 10 properties after two years when they both earn less than 100k. They wouldn’t be able to get anywhere near the borrowing capacity required.
