This is awesome! I love how practical and talented you are. My mom would sooo appreciate this! I am trying to pick up sewing more myself -- I have my mom's old book from when she was my age, but now I have her and your videos -- that should help quite a bit too! :-)

lol im a pretty good sower, but Im cunfussed...really just with the beginning part, on how the cuts were made and what pieces were put together...I should have looked online to start out with, but instead I got sweat pants, just cut up bothsides of the inner hem on the inside of the legs turned in inside out and sowed straight up each side, making pretty much the same thing, just maybe not quite as defined, great job, also im love useing the zigzags for my hems too :)

@ConsciouslyModest Oooooohhh, so you didn't fold in half, but laid the full 2 pieces together? I Folded in half and made the 2 sides the same. I may have done it wrong then or different, lol We will see how they come out as soon as I am able to use my wrist more.

Amy, did you cut off the excess material from the crotch or the back crotch? I cut off from the back crotch, so I am not sure I did this right..
