Great game and coaching sesh! I love seeing these two together; these sessions have been some of my favourite of Grubby's LoL content! I said it before, but I think this style of coaching works so well for Grubby; letting him make plays and even mistakes, but then explaining why it's good/bad. Will the vod-watching session with Pobelter also be uploaded onto KZbin? I'd love to watch that

At one point (the exact numbers might be off) the LCS had 2 Danish mids 7 Korean mids and 1 Pobelter mid. The Pobelt region lacks respect.

The communication between the two of them is so funny. Grubby is asking very few questions and when Pobelter is answering he is just saying yes or no without further explanation most of the time, which leads to misunderstandings, still you are learning a lot. Then again his few words lets you focus on the gameplay without contemplating

These matches!! Grubby is really not playing with completely new people anymore. At least not people who need to ask something like, "how many kinds of wards are in the game?" or what the summoner spells do lol! But as someone in the chat said, Grubby plays great for just being level 28!! They also said, which I agree with, that Grubby plays better than someone who has played for 2 years and only reached silver! xDD but we already know Grubby is a good player! Zoe isn't even one of the easy champs either and Grubby makes her look clean! I hope she wins! xD cause she’s super random but also smarter than she looks, just like me xD

Even though you skipped Zed the other day and I was so excited to see you play him, this is a good way to make it up. Im happy to see that Pob will coach you on Zoe specifically. Now you can finally learn about better ways to set up your q and maybe give you pointers on what matchups are hard for Zoe. Basically you hate people like Kassadin who you faced the other day because they can easily get on top of you without much you can do about it so its crucial to keep your distance in those matchups. Anyway, still enjoying the ride. Good luck, hope you end up enjoying Zoe as much as I do.

One important thing about comebacks is to understand champ matchups. For example, for toplane, someone like Sett or Tahm Kench are early game monsters- who fall off quite a bit lategame, so even if they're fed, if you farm up your core items, you can kill them, especially if you're playing some champ like Kayle, who is a lategame hyperscaler. So, for example, if you're Kayle vs Tahm, even if you lose earlygame pretty hard, you will make a comeback simply by not losing the game, since one falls-off hard, the other scales hard.
@krippaxxuseredarlordofthes99408 ай бұрын

@@krippaxxuseredarlordofthes9940 Don't know how to tell you this, but that just means you're not good at Kayle, her winrate in matchup against Sett is 55% (higher than her average winrate against most other champs) in general, and her power comes in lategame...

I don't feel like she's overly hard for a new player with experience in other games with vertex targeted spels; I had been playing dota for a few years, and league for a few weeks when Zoe came out, and I still don't feel like she was ever THAT OP like everyone always complains, it's just people do dumb things like run away in a straight line when they play against her. Honestly, I feel like one of the harder parts of learning Zoe is disciplining yourself to be able to play the straight forward, mind numbingly boring, safe game (while constantly looking for the 5D chess moves), lulling them into complacency without getting complacent yourself - since she is such a flashy, high skill champ, sometimes the most boring play is the most big brain option. On the more advanced side, knowing what all the actives that fall on the ground can do for you, limit testing to know if it's worth the ego play to grab them in a tough spot, knowing which order to grab/use them for the big montage worthy outplays.

He's obviously a coach that's better at coaching then playing.. he faked his challengers but he does reach masters grand master ... On coaching he is indeed a low challenger .. If you watch the coaching session between Grubby and Alois, I think that's closer to what you would have wanted. But I think Pobelter has connected the best with Grubby out of the coaches so far, and one of the reasons is that he doesn't overload him with too much information at once.
@ArcTV.8 ай бұрын
Out of every specialized ranked queue coach out there you would choose Neace?? I agree there's a lot more Pobelter could be commenting on and saying throughout the games but you can't ignore that he's currently rank 4 on the ladder in NA and an ex-pro himself. He doesn't need to overstimulate Grubby anymore than he needs to. But I do feel like he could give some knowledge in VOD reviews like basic macro and how to approach fights and how to play them out, when to take fights and when not to etc. And how to play around objectives, that sort of thing. edit: I once watched a streamer that was new to league get coached by neace for free because of exposure, I think neace is semi-retired or quit right now though, but if he were to seek out a specialized ranked coach I would pick anyone but neace.
