Did a journeyman in Scandinavia on last years game but primarily ended up in Sweden, rising from the 4th tier and ending up landing the IFK Goteborg job, it then took me 5 seasons to finally win the league as Malmo became unstoppable almost like PSG are in France. Had loads of fun managing over there though!

Yeah I’m doing a long term build a nation save on FM 21 with IFK Amal and Malmo are very dominant! Been there 15 seasons now, won our first Allsvenskan title last season. We only finished 2nd this season after Malmo won it, have made some great progress though, toughest thing for me has been finding quality HG players (you need 9 in every match squad), we’re steadily making more money though from being in the UCL to improve the stadium and training/youth facilities so we look to have an even brighter future!

@@olivert2131 Sounds like you’re doing great in Sweden. I agree, the money from being in the European competition helps our massively, I had started plugging it into the youth system as like you say the home grown players rule was a bit of a stumbling block at times!

Ive currently got a Halmstadts save and its great won the second division first season, came 4th first season back in the top flight and then won the league, currently top again and got to the semi final of the europa league when i won the league. Got Fiete Arp in for 600k and has absolutely teared the league up

You forgot to mention Ostersunds FK as a rebuild save. Graham Potter is a previous manager and got them to the top of Swedish football. Since then they have fallen down the leagues.

Ostersund is a good shout as well; had so many options to include! Varbergs also rose from D2 to the Allsvenskan inside 10 years and have been close to relegation last season.

Nice video! I'm Swedish and Allsvenskan is a very fun league since its so competitive. My favorite team is AIK so I would suggest them since we have the biggest stadium in the country and a lot of youth who are talented and in real life the club is going through many changes with a lot of new players coming in. Brommapojkarna = BP is probably easier to pronounce lol

@@grobariza Ring is out on loan, Mendes signed today for SC Braga. Victor Andersson is still in AIK, young talent will need some more experience. Also Yasin Ayari is a super talent soon in Brighton.

IFK Goteborg have indeed won two UEFA Cups (1982 and 1987) - but Malmo reach the European Cup (pre-Champions League) Final - which no other nordic club have managed.
