Sweden, walking tour of the beautiful city Linköping.

Linköping is a large Swedish city with a lot of history and that is where we are taking a walk today.

I'm Indonesian.. was born n raised in big metropolitan city Jakarta. Since I was teens I have a dream to move to little towns in Scandinavian countries like Sweden n start a new life there. But I had no idea which cities.. Linköping is now on my list.. Thank you for uploading this! 😊

I have only been to Linköping a few times and on those occasions I did not have the opportunity to really explore the city, so your tour was of great interest to me! Impressed by the city centre, seemed quite big with lots of things to see, churches, nice squares, historical buildings, administrative buildings etc. I know Linköping has a big university which always brings a more youthful vibe but it also seems the more non-University parts of the city is quite vibrant and alive. Thanks!

Thanks for watching! I have to admit, I didn't really think about it when walking here but I had that exact feeling back when I studied in Umeå at the late 90s. I always felt that Umeå was a youthful and active city and I figured that was because the university helped bring down the average age of the city, even if it was located a bit to the side of the center. This reminds me that I still haven't added subtitles to both my walks in Umeå, only the one around the university area. Should probably think about adding subtitles to the city center walk soon as well :)

Yes its beutiful in summer, but living is not so funny. its empty and dark in the winter.
