Me too. That is a lemonade from lemons move. It's a lockdown type foot positioning, without actually hooking the foot, allowing you to hold the foot and hip out at the same time. Thing of beauty and very well explained.

Used it this very evening. I didn't extend my hips so it wasn't as smooth as it should have been and I also didn't clamp down the underhooking arm as well as I should have to prevent posting. Still, a move I've never drilled used in live sparring that worked - that's pretty good.

The problem is when you get someone who keeps their head under yours on the same side as the knee cut, makes it difficult to grab his pants. When the bottom guy reaches for the pants grip, take the double underhooks with a 4-finger grip in the collar with the left hand, post right hand, raise the hips and go to 3/4 mount. Then shuck his right arm off, sit him up and take his back.
