I have been looking at all the ways to make these sweet rolls. Your method looks great to try. Your daughter is so cute and really likes these rolls sold me:) You should show yourself to with her that would be so cute. I wish I learned how to make breads and rolls from scratch when I was just married 36yrs. ago. I have always cooked from scratch. I love baking from scratch. Once you learn it's easy. I do mine by hand. Maybe I'll get a mixer we'll see they're a few hundred dollars. My wrists do get a little sore I'm older now. THANKS SO MUCH GIRLS:)

I'm getting ready to make these and I will let you know how they turn out but the reason why I'm commenting,, I saved this and when I came back to watch I opened up the description to get the recipe and first thing I saw was to God be the glory! Jackelyn Putian you can knead and place overnight in fridge it may not have the same result but will still be good. you'll just need to roll in balls and let rise again for the second step. hope it helps!

Hi, thanks for your clear video tutorial. Do you mind to share the ingredients in grams as I understand that cups may not that accurate compared to using a digital weighing scale? I would understand too if it is too much too much to ask for.

G Yun thank you ☺ Would love to help! 250 grams flour 120 ml of milk 7 grams yeast 2 large egg yolks (no specific gram) 5 grams vanilla 42.6 grams butter 25 grams sugar Hope that helps!

Diane Torres For dough: 2 cups of all purpose flour 1/2 cup of warm whole milk 1 packet of yeast (1/4 oz packet) 2 egg yolks Teaspoon of vanilla Pinch of salt 3 tbsp of unsalted butter softened 1/4 cup of granulated sugar Bake at 350 F / 175 C for 23-25 mins.

what kind of yeast did u use here? was it active dry that needs to be proof first or instant dry yeast?

I have never made sweet dinner rolls but I am craving dinner rolls right now. I will try your recipe. Did you use instant or active dry yeast? Did you grease the cake pan? Thanks for your response

Either one works fine. I still proof my yeast even if it's instant. I use both whatever I have on hand at that moment

I use both on different occasions..mostly I use active dry. I do spray with non stick ☺
