Sweet Potato Casserole Ruth's Chris Steak House Recipe

Sweet potato casserole Ruth's Chris Steak House recipe, very easy to make and so good. This casserole will be great at Thanksgiving and other holidays.

Ingredients:
3 ups of sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 stick of butter melted
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix potatoes, add all the ingredients, mix well until smooth, preheat oven 350, put in 9x13 greased pan, bale 30 mins.
Topping
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup of flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 stick of melted butter, mix all together, put on top of sweet potatoes bake 10 mins, enjoy!
