SWEET POTATO COBBLER 🍠🍠🍠🍠🍠

7 to 8 sweet potatoes
2 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups of apple juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 stick butter melted
1 pack pie crust shell
1 pack puff pastry
bake on 375 50 to 55 minutes

That's an old classic right there Chef. My mother made this when I was coming up. She poured warm sweetened milk over the sweet potatoes then topped with crust. Next time I'm going to try your recipe. Thanks Chef!

Just found your channel today & I am so happy to see you making a sweet potato cobbler. My Mother made this cobbler all the time because my Daddy loved it as well as her sweet potato pie. Mama never used apple juice though & the next time I make one I will try the apple juice in it. I still make both sweet potato cobbler & pie today. I am 74 years old & live in Tennessee.
