Отличный урожай! Слава Богу! Вы молодцы... Я думаю, что если сажать в приподнятые грядки и покрыть их пленкой, травы будет меньше и легче будет копать. 😊🌿

A great way to bake some in the oven. Wash and dry really good. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Lay the amount of potatoes you want to bake on cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and rub oil all over potatoes and prick each potato several times. Bake at 375 till soft when sticking with a knife. Serve with butter. They will last in refrigerator for several days and then with pealing on drop them in a gallon freezer bag and freeze. Hope this helps you and great 😊 for you to share with the needy. ❤

You may want to remove the grass next year in the area where you plan to grow your slips and cover it with woodchips so the grass won't grow over them. That way you can dig them up easier. That said, great first harvest! God bless!

Thanks, Helen! The Bermuda grass is tough to get rid of, but you're right, it woulda been a lot easier.

You are blessed, Your harvest is fantastic. Thank God. So amazing to hear you say you are sharing your harvest. Enjoy your harvest. Great job. Curing helps to sweeten and heal the skin. Curing needs high heat and humidity. 5 to 14 days. Yes I am sure by now you have tasted them before Curing. Curing also allows for a longer storage. So many recipes on KZbin. Try after washing one rub with oil, use a fork and punch a few holes then bake on 350 for about an hour. You can spread butter and cinnamon. That way you can enjoy its natural yumminess. This is good after Curing when they are sweet. God bless both of you 🙏

@@govindasgarden I'm excited to plant mine. I've never planted them before. I'm planting the Beauregard too ❤️ I'm not sure what's the best dirt to plant them but part of the slips I'll put in a raised bed and the others will be planted in large totes🤷♀️
