She would do well at green oaks ranch in vista California. I went to that retreat center in 2012 for H. God protects that place, and its on a ranch. you work 8 hours a day on the ranch and have daily meetings. Green oaks ranch is also a camp for children and adults. its an 8 month process. they also help you get employed after 8 months and you can continue to live on the ranch until you feel you want to spread your wings.

Rebecca, thank you for your willingness to be vulnerable here. I wonder if you have any idea how many lives you are “helping” for many different reasons. For me, a mother to a son who has been addicted to heroine for ten plus years, you bring hope to me knowing there are angels out there who are looking out for other souls who need someone like you that actually cares. I hope you receive all the love and care because you deserve it too. Only love and positive thoughts sent your way. You are such an incredible woman that deserves a better life. God will help us in the temptations and will provide a way of escape to victory if we yield and come to Him. I gave up struggling with having to understand everything about God and came to a place of keeping things simple. There is victory in Christ. I'm not saying it's perfect . His Grace is good. I was in active addiction for about 12 years.. The very first time I tried heroin, the friend I was doing it with had been using for a couple years already. He tried to school me that night, kind of like Heroin 101. I told him I was scared a little... Like, how tf do you even know what’s really in that bag? He told me he knew what he was doing and he was able to tell just by looking at it or tasting it whether or not it was good dope. Out of all the junkies I’ve ever crossed paths with, I truly believed that this guy was different.. I put my life in his hands more than once and I honestly thought he really, truly knew what he was doing...Well, now I have his initials, birthdate, and _deathdate_ inked on my skin as a constant, sobering reminder that *there is no such thing as an addict who “knows what they’re doing.”*

In my opinion, God is not a puppet master. He does not control everything that happens in each of our lives. It is about choice, and the choices that others make may do us harm. I had a dream and when I woke I thought to myself “I know the meaning of life”! It sounds stupid but what I dreamed did make some sense and thought I would share it with someone else and see what you think. My dream lead me to believe that everything we go through in our lives, good and bad are preparing us for what’s next. It’s like if we didn’t have whatever experiences we have that we wouldn’t be ready or able to comprehend. When we are born we slowly learn new things as we age and progress and the longer we are hear the more we we learn and don’t have to learn once we pass over into the next phase of existence.

A lot of addicts like and prefer fent. They're just stupid and dose too much of it at a time and don't know their tolerance isn't high enough for the amount they're taking. Or they mix it with other drugs making a fatal cocktail.
@CJPDX4 жыл бұрын
I've never done meth or heroin but I did get 2 doses of Fentynyl in the hospital once. The effects were immediate and reeeaallly nice, I felt GOOD! I also wanted more pretty much immediately. So with that one-time, monitored and controlled situation, I could totally understand how and why people get hooked so easily. If it was that way for me, a person who doesn't do drugs nor has the desire to, just imagine how hard it is to resist or quit if you're an addict.

No its not faith. Faith is the hope for something unseen but believed to be true. Faith is such a milktoast answer with no power. God and his angels rejoice when one sinner repents and believes the gospel of Yeshua. God gave us free will because its the only way to show true love. Some believe the whispers of Satan and do evil. Satan is the god of this world. Lay the blame at his feet. Yeshua is salvation. Its a free gift, I'd take it. Times running short.

I like Rebecca a lot. She's intelligent and best of all she has a kind and loving heart. We live in a fallen world where God gives us free will. Its hard to wrap our minds around why bad things happen, but we can trust our Lord is in control and will make all things right. Jesus is coming back soon to set things straight. We don't have to understand why, We just are required to Trust and believe in Jesus Christ just by simple faith to be rescued by Him. I'd like to help Rebecca especially if Rebecca wants help. I've been on Suboxone for years and it literally has saved my life by the grace of The Lord. Suboxone helped me get off the streets and stop chasing dope, it helped me put down the needle (which is an addiction in itself), It helped my body and mind slowly heal and allowed me to draw closer to God . Rebecca I have hope and faith in you and I will be praying for you. If I can help and you allow me to, I'm willing.

This women grabbed my soul.... To answer her question Why does God allow these things to happen? GOD doesn't "allow" it, the monsters that do these horrible things choose to do them, God does NOT touch free will, He talks about it all in the bible, I used to ask these same questions at the beginning of my walk in faith and those questions are literally what held me back from fully knowing God, But I didn't give up, I chose to learn more about our Lord and read his word in the bible and it all makes sense to me now. Everyone is so quick to put blame on our Lord and Father for all the horrible demonic things people CHOOSE to do but never put blame towards where it should be, the monster doing these things and the devil. and no, we aren't supposed to question God, it's called faith..... It's funny how a women can forgive her abuser over and over but always blame God for why it is happening. Prayer is one of the strongest gifts our Father in heaven has given us other then Jesus himself. Use Prayer cause it is literally the best weapon. My heart and yes hard prayer goes out to you sweet Rebecca, strengthen your faith and love for Christ and I PROMISE you will be ok someday.. This is how I see it when it comes to blessings. If you had a child in College or out on their own, and the only time you heard from them was when they wanted something, I.E, money, tuition, car fixed, rent, food, clothes etc.. but they never returned your calls, texts, didn't come home for holidays, mothers/father day, would you feel compelled to keep " blessing" them with a free ride on your dime? Probably not, if they don't to spend time with you or give you the time of day, show you returned love then why be there only when it benefits them? Well, God feels the same way, he is not going to send blessings just because when you don't show him love, attention or praise him. Give your heart to God, do good to others and he will bless you~ And for those who don't believe me I double dog dare you to open a bible and see for yourself ;)

Her question was like "Why doesn't God stop someone committing an evil deed?" The short answer is because he gave man free will. The idea of God preventing someone from doing something evil would be like him taking away that individuals choice. God doesn't condone someone committing to sin or evil but because God loves us, he gives us choices to make. If God were to force us to do only what he wants us to do then we'd all be robots lacking free will. The good news is that God will not let sinners get away with sin without repentance. God will eventually end evil one day but he wants to give all his creation time to choose between sin and himself.

The Undead Christian Amen!!! This is the comment I was looking for. Had I not found it soon, I would have put it on here. Jesus’ blood washed away our sins and everyone ought to know that He loves us so much that’s why God was willing to sacrifice His Son to reconcile us back to Himself. I better stop but I wish she had a Bible so she know for herself.

But i understood what she meant though. It wasn't supposed to be like this. God made us in his image, not to live like these people are living. All about free choices.

You aren't answering the question though.."Why" did there have to be a torture and death (aka a sacrifice) why? It makes no sense...I'm with her on this. If God has the power to forgive, why the drama? Why the blood? Why the pain and torture? It makes no sense.

Yes, Jesus died for our sins, and to give us everlasting life. Don't mean we get a free ticket on this earth to do whatever we want, because we have been saved. May God hold her, and everyone on this earth in the hollow of His hands. Once a neighbor was having an affair with another neighbor. Once confronted he replied smartly, "Like the Bible says, ' Love thy neighbor. '".

I do something similar to what you do Tom. I used to ask the girls for their PFN number. The only time I would give a girl money is when they were in jail, and could not spend it on drugs. Ten dollars in jail is worth a hundred dollars on the street, and they actually have the time to read your letters. You should get in the habit of asking not only for names, but PFN as well. While you are in jail and depressed is the perfect time to find out how many fans you really have.

Wow, out of all the interviews I have watched this hit my soul the hardest. This woman is very bright. And, when you asked her where she would go.... I thought to myself... only God knows her heart. If she recognizes that what she is doing is harmful and sinful and tries even though she may fail... then God knows that and I think she would go to Heaven! As for her saying why doesn’t God stop children being abused... Sadly, when Adam and Eve allowed some to enter into this world they allowed the enemy. And, evil... satan... is real... Yes, He could make the world perfect... but, where would faith come in? And, one day He will return and make everything right! I question things too! Not everything is meant for us to understand. You know she is humble when she said “but how can I question Him?!” ..... I completely understand about the whole “there’s a reason for everything!” I, too, questioned why there are people who has babies who are addicts or abusive and then there’s people like me who miscarries and wants kids or more kids than what they have and they struggle and fail.... I don’t understand.... I don’t like that term and I don’t like “well it wasn’t in Gods timing” term either.

Thank you for saving her Rebecca!💗 I have been there with my children's father. Thank God I had Naloxone (Narcan) or he would be dead. He was so careless that he went back to the same bag of crystal, and I had to Narcan him twice in the same day. Here in Ontario, 🇨🇦 all types of drugs are being cut with fentanyl + carfentanil. Carfentanil is a knock off version of fentanyl, that can take only a few grains to overdose. My children's dad overdosed on opiates 6 times in one year, while only using crystal meth. One time he was out laying in a Canadian Tire parking lot when a girl saw him, and went on to Naloxone him to see if he would respond. I always carry my kit with me. Lives are worth saving. I wish I could send a ton of the kits to your area for anyone using. But I can't ship medical stuff over the border :(. Is there a harm reduction supply spot in Kensington?
