Sorry for my long absence, but I'll be doing an update video really soon to let you guys now! Anyways, these cupcakes are soo summery I love them!!!
Ingredients:
~ LIME FROSTING:
-3-4 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- green food coloring
Watermelon Cupcakes:
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.5 oz (or 1/2 packet) of watermellon jello powder
- 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- approx. 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

I'm glad you contained thorough instructions, like how much to fill the liners. Little things like that separate an ok tutorial from a great tutorial. Is the texture any different from a regular cupcake because of the jello? I've never tried baking with jello before, so creative & I'm excited to try it! You got a new subscriber ❤
