I can't believe it's over. I just can't.
TVD which means so much to me. The show where i found my FIRST true otp which is Stelena. I remember when my journey with this show has started and..how many feels it was giving me. This show will always have a special place in my heart, and i can't even explain how emo i'm right now :(
Finally after over a 2 years i did a new Stelena video and i just feel..like i had to do it. I had to do this little tribute for them, just because i feel like they deserved it. My first true otp deserves that..and i can't get over my feels..

Damon was well and alive and they married right after she graduated medical school..She's not in love with Stefan their entire relationship is now completely platonic. We all saw how Elena acted over Damon's death....She couldn't bare the thought of never seeing him again which is why she had Alaric compel away the memories....She never did that for Stefan...They're friends....It's time you accept it.

Hazel Amarie well, when Stefan went away with Klaus, Elena fought to get him back and she did. Stefan was ripper and Damon told her she should forget about him, well she didn't. Then season 4 sirebond = Stelena over, but for how long.. well that's the problem, they never brought Stefan and Elena back, tho it was obvious the whole time that she still wanted him. And then season 6 Nina Dobrev says she always only wanted to spent 6 years on the show and doesn't expand her contract, producers said they would have explored the SE relationship again if she was still there, meaning they never planned Stelena to be over. SOO maybe it's time u step out of ur delusional glasses and accept that SE was always meant to be and r never over..

This was absolutely stunning-thank you for this. I've always loved them and always will-they were nothing short of epic. No other couple on this show has had moments like these two have. Stefan and Elena share a connection that is so deep within themselves, and you can see that just by the way they look at each other. I think delena should have happened for the plot and for Elena to explore her vampire side, but at the end of the day, Elena should be with the person that makes her feel at home, and that was Stefan. They were the first couple I ever really shipped and they'll always have a special place in my heart. They will always be my endgame. Stelena forever.

Damon and Elena may have been endgame, but let's be honest. I think we all know who got the ENDING. This story ended where it began. Whatever may have happened in between, at the very least the story pays respect to its roots (not as well as I would have liked but well enough). It's hard to see someone else's point of view about something you disagree on, but I imagine those who think "Delena" is better find solace in the stolen looks and glances they had from damn near the beginning of the show. But for me at least, I found solace in these moments, in this ending, where Elena makes the powerful statement that it was "all thanks to Stefan". It's moments like these that I feel really make the truth clear (for me at least) about the kind of story that's trying to emerge here. That being said, Stefan Salvatore has become and will ALWAYS be one of the few characters that I can say has genuinely had an impact on me and changed the way I look at life, as the heroes of stories are meant to. He was kind, he was gentle (even when fighting his very literal demons). He was humble and he was selfless. He sacrificed everything in a way that stirred admiration amongst others, me among them, and reminded me of the beauty and strength that still exists in mankind regardless of the countless tragedies we endure. Okay that was a stupid long comment. I got really sappy and emotional for a second :|
