I found a hell slayer in a cows game back in 2003. Got my friend to help me mule it so I could start a fury druid. He said he dc'd. Found out a couple weeks later that he literally just took it.. lol. He gave me a full set up for a javazon as recompense. Glad to see someone playing a FoH pally. Really enjoy mine since they buffed it.

I started my grail over a year ago and still need over 40 items. Only luck I had so far is farming enigma and infinity in 3k lk runs. Im almost certain that certain map seeds have different drop odds. I’m averaging a Sur rune every 2-300ish runs on my sorcs map. Each character that I mf with drops the same crap over and over on there seeds. I only ever see diadems on pally and almost 2k hours into it and ive only ever seen ONE dimensional shard and unearthed wand of white quality. I’m not even sure how but i’ve seen websites posting seeds that guarantee those insane 85s like griffins. I’m guessing it’s a command option like how PC users can have infinite respecs? The seed theory makes sense considering all the data that’s been collected in lk runs over 20 years. If lk chest have a fixed amount of rune possibly then i’m certain now some seeds might never drop those items. But there’s no way i’m resetting my sorcs lk map, its to nutty to see frequent surs drop.

Unfortunate that fire is the most resisted element. A3 merc with the Ormus has to be decent if 1) you’re going for trash mob clears with something like 2) a Tesladin. The Glad Bane is perfect for a merc that’s Trav running.

i’ve learned 3 is all you need. If your intent on reaching 99 then you shouldn’t wear mf gear at all. Full power gear and run p7 terror zones. playcount only effects boss at 3 (for mf) (xp wise i think diablo gives the most xp in game at p8 while baal xp is capped at p3)and them champions doesnt matter p1 is same as p7 only difference in p levels is the more items white enemies can drop.

D2 players: Diablo 4 is crap and i don't want to do repetitive things. Next day: YOYOYO, back to D2R, today I'm doing 10 hours of same thing over and over and over again. The same thing I've did 10000 more times in the past, because I still didn't find all the uniques some dudes put in the game when they made in 25 years ago lol. Do you get the hypocrisy?

Strong projection and false equivalency. Not at all, no-one even claimed games have no repetitiveness. It's the combination of gameplay, systems, itemization, no lazy systems such as level scaling/items scaling, more engaging builds, more hotkeys, full trading, proper game lobbies and parties, no stupid mobile FOV, cash shops on top of battle passes, oh and actual decent open world farming because I don't know what you do but I farm enough different areas for it not to feel fully repetitive. With TZ zones and if they actually wanted to make item updates it would probably rival d4 numbers in half a year but they won't do that on purpose. It's not about NOT having repetitiveness it's about having enough variety and the gameplay/systems to be detailed enough to spark interest. D2 is just in it's core a much better game, it's an actual ARPG as well which helps.

it gets to a point where you come back to this game off and on. Some grails take people 5-7 years min. Its all luck too and its crap luck at that.
