SAME! I tend to snack so much more while I am at home but I try to prep and make healthier options so whenever I have cravings I can just grab something delicious and yummy!

My go-to healthy snack is made of oats, dark chocolate and bananas. After smashing the bananas, I mix these ingredients altogether and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Very delicious and easy to make :)

1st snack 1 cup of raw cashews 1 cup of dates(no seeds)- nearly 7 dates 1/2 cup Goji berries 3 spoons of chia seeds 3/4 vanilla extract 1 tsp of shredded coconut Add them all to food processor n once they are all mixed well n ground, roll them into balls and coat with shredded coconut

I just made these berry date balls and used almonds instead of cashews (bc we didn’t have any at home) and they taste amazing!! I made 14 balls and even my stepdad and brother, who actually hate healthy foods, love them!! Thank you for the great recipe! ❤️

2nd snack Chia pudding 1/2 cup plant based milk n 2 tbsp chia seeds n some maple syrup. Leave in overnight in fridge. Add yogurt, jam or some fruits before eating/serving

Love these recipes! I will try the date balls with dried apricots because that's all I have right now. For a grab and go breakfast I like to make chia pudding but mix it with oats and extra almond milk. In the morning it's like a overnight oatmeal/chia pudding hybrid! And I'll have to try adding coconut yogurt to that :)

Delicious, for the dried fruit balls I keep the ratio 2 : 1 (2 parts dried fruit and 1 parts of nuts). I have never made them with goji berries but will give this a try. Your recipes are delicious. Keep up the good work. ❤️

My favorite snacks are fresh orange slices paired with almonds and/or dark chocolate (sweet version) and crispy chickpeas flavored with paprika powder, olive oil and fresh garlic and maybe some pine nuts (savory version)

Hi Sanne! Great video as always - may I ask you how often and how much you workout? Especially in terms of cardio, as I’m struggling to find something I like.. Do you have any tips for how much cardio you should do, and for how long during a week? And do you have rest days? Tbh it would just be nice to get some inspiration for a workout program to follow throughout the week, because I easily stress out about not doing enough or forcing myself to do something I don’t like, and I really want to have a healthy relationship with exercising❤️Lots of love xx

Thank you for the chia pudding recipe, I never knew how many spoons of seeds and how much milk to put together. :) As for the others, I got sick of the taste of dates, because the manufacturers put them in literally EVERY raw bar there is and it gets very repetitive. :( But I may try them with dried figs. :)

As per Ayurveda, Dates should ideally be eaten with clarified butter (cow ghee) which will neutralize it's heat.
