Excellent video. About three years ago, i decided to ditch hardware recording and get into DAW recording. Once i got passed the steep learning curve, my life changed forever. I still have a few pieces of hardware, but now i work in the box (CUBASE 12). My musical life has never been better. As much as i love a good hardware synth for replicating real world instruments (bread n butter) , a VST can go much farther than a hardware synth patch.

What is a VST? Why not answer the question rather than give a history lesson? Where do you get a VST plugin? How do I add a VST plugin to my computer which is a Mac in my case. How do app add the plugin for a DAW to use it? More detail would ge nice such as, Here is where you can download or acquire a VST plugin, and this is how you add it to your Mac, and this is how you can add them in GarageBand, or in my case Screenflow. Thanks.
