Very good choice of machine for milling aluminum. The day I operate a shop, a Speedio will be on the floor for that kind of billet aluminum job.

It's a Lakeshore Carbide, but Helical endmills work great as well.

I love how fast this is. I can see a hose leading from the part fixture, are you using a pneumatic system to hold the parts down (Like I suggested ;) )?

The air line is for the pallet system. Compressed air is used to unlock the pallets. So it's more being used to hold the thing that is holding the parts, not the parts themselves.

I was using Synergy 735 is this video. I've since switched to Qualichem 250C mainly because it can be used with tap water in my location.
