In this video, E21 reaches another milestone by successfully transferring a pine needle branch in mid-air. E21's younger sibling, E22 was watching from the attic as the event unfolded. Way to Go E21! You continue to awe us all as we follow your journey. E21 flew with the pine needle branch clutched in his/her talons from the nest tree to the bachelor pad (made up name, not official) and on his/her way to the oak-office tree our valiant juvenile warned a crow to stay out of his/her flight path. A squirrel makes a run for its life as E21 lands on the bachelor pad (Oak Office Tree) This magnificent raptor carries the invaluable and robust genes of Queen Harriet the eagle and M15 our beloved "Father Of The Year". I am grateful and blessed with the opportunity to follow the journey of this beautiful family via the Southwest Florida Eagle Cam. They are an inspiration! The footage was recorded at sunrise 8:10 AM (camera timestamp) The findings in this video are my personal opinions based on my observations. Please take my findings with a grain of salt! This video was recorded on Saturday, April 15 of 2023. At the time this footage was recorded, E21 was 101 days old and E22 was 98 days old. This is a public video. You may share it at your discretion. This footage is part of a series that was recorded after Hurricane Ian destroyed the main nest and Harriet's disappearance. Enjoy the video!
