SWFL Eagles ~ E18 Grew Overnight! 💕😊 M Offers Rabbit Ear To E18! Humongous Crops On Kids! 2.11.21

Harriet is on the nest feeding the E's when M flies in with roadkill rabbit! We have another dual feeding as Harriet feeds E18 and M offers bites to E17. Harriet flies to the attic and M takes over feeding the kids. They both are eating larger bites now! M offers a rabbit ear to E18 who tries hard to swallow it but Dad ends up pulling it out.
By the time the feeding is over, both kids have huge crops - E18's looks exceptionally big as he waddles over to the rails to get some support for it! lol M is such a great Dad and provider to the E's. M heads to the attic and Harriet will join him - both are vocal. Harriet will drop to the nest to be with her E's.Thank you for watching!

Harriet wants to be with her kids, she doesn't want them to disappear again. It is bitter/sweet, she will never understand why they disappeared, but they came back healthy and E18 ran back to mama squeeing. Everybody still loved everybody. (The bonking has stopped). I love these eagles, H and M are such wonderful parents. Thank you Lady Hawk for all your hours of hard work, I have learned so much.

This nest has the greatest stories doesn’t it? Remember e15 and how cute she was staying behind at the nest and tilting her head at the camera all the time 😄🥰- then she left the nest and came back several days later 😆. In the end it all worked out and she was accepted by her parents and allowed to stay until she was fully ready to fledge. And those were miracle babies too, so those eaglets last year had a great story regardless! And now we have these babies, I love this nest and Harriet and M are such amazing eagle parents 🥰🥰🥰. I wish Jackie and Shadow could have that kind of success

@@barbarakolodzieski944 So true. I have a hard time watching when mom's feeding. She favors 17 and 17 is much more aggressive when mom is feeding them. 18 is lucky to get a morsel. Dad will make sure 18 gets fed even if he has to wait a while for 17 to get stuffed.

At first our little E18 looks hesitant to approach M for food in fear of being attacked by E17. But I was pleased to see there was no attack from E17, instead a tolerance and understanding. There's plenty of food for the whole family. Thanks to such great parents!

This nest is my favorite to watch and I attribute that to the outstanding parenting of H & M. They always seem to be so in tune with each other and their E's. Of course special thanks to the Pritchett's for the truly fantastic habitat and cameras they maintain for our viewing pleasure! and to you Lady H for your continuous devotion to our education on these magnificent creatures.

My heart is full to the top with love for this family. They all prevailed - Harriet and M endured when their babies were kidnapped by aliens (I can;t remember who said that but thanks☺️), E17 and E18 thrived under CROW'S care (endless gratitude and kudos CROW), despite E17's amped up aggression on return home, M and Harriet's wisdom & experience prevailed and look at those big beautiful best buds today, staggering the the rails witmh gynormous crops!👏💓💓💗 Bless you M, bless you Harriet, bless you E17, bless you E18, bless you CROW, and bless you Ladyhawk❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
