Hi Guys, today I’m reviewing the Swiffer Sweep + Vac Cordless Vacuum. LINK to Vacuum: amzn.to/29x3JkJ
LINK to Refills: amzn.to/2a08Vw1
It comes with the vacuum, 8 dry sweeping cloths, charger and instruction manual.
To assemble, attach the pole sections by lining up the notches and push until you hear it click into place. Plug the wall charger in and connect it to the back of the unit. The light will be red until it’s fully charged which should take 4 to 8 hours. The light turns green when fully charged.
There is a loop on the handle if you want to hang it up for storage. The unit measures 4 feet tall and the sweeping head is 10 inches by 5 inches. The head pivots so it’s easier to get around furniture and into corners.
To use, lIft the suction nozzle. Place a cloth on the sweeping head and push the nozzle back down. For dust and fine dirt, move the unit like a regular swiffer sweeper, just back and forth. To suck up anything larger, press the power button to use the vacuum. This unit cannot be used on wet surfaces. I’ll test this unit on my hardwood floors.
When you’re done, press the release button and remove the dirt cup. Pull the tab and throw out the dirt. Put the filter back and attach the container by aligning the tab with this slot. The filter should not be washed.
The power button is awful. It is extremely sensitive and easy to turn on accidentally. The button is also placed in an awkward position.
It’s lightweight. It’s easy to use on steps. I vacuumed my living room, 3 small bedrooms, hallway and steps. There was about 7 minutes of charge left after that. I feel this unit is good for maintenance. It’s ideal for small messes and touch ups. I generally use the swiffer sweeper which doesn’t pick up some particles so I push those to a pile and wipe it up afterwards. This unit saves you from doing that. Of course it will not pick up larger things like the cereal clusters. It is not a replacement for a standard powerful vacuum cleaner.
I hope you found this review helpful. Don’t forget to subscribe and I’ll see you next time. Thanks for watching.
