It means so much to see someone in the industry be so raw and real. I model and even though everyone does it , it SO hard not to compare yourself , you just look at what’s on the outside and automatically think you’re not good enough because you don’t think about what’s really going on with that person. If you could make a video about self confidence and tips on not comparing yourself that would be sooo great

I went through a similar episode last year where I was disassociating for about 2 weeks due to extreme stress and anxiety. During these episodes I can't hear or see well and I'm in a constant state of panic. Your brother is going to be fine. After a few weeks, when the panic had subsided in my body, the disassociation slowly went away. I'm sure with the help of doctors and your family, he'll get better!

Kendle Torok you can’t choose to lose fat in targeted locations it’s controlled by genetics. You can lose fat in general and than build muscle on parts of your body you want larger or more toned Ie strong arms = skinny looking waist
