Sir please help me with sinking legs I have seen and understood each and every technique whether my lower body is to too heavy i practice a lot i am not able to be horizontal sir please help me

It's unlikely that your lower body is too heavy, more likely something is lifting at the front end. You really have to trust that you can push your chest into the water nd then relax with it. Tension kills form.
