Sonotubes...never thought of that for a pool deck. Interesting 👍 if I ever replace the deck I'll remember that tip. Currently I do have a crack on both sides of the single Roman end. It's land settling. Same size for the last 20 years when we bought the house.

I have a huge crack above a light, luckily when we replaced our liner last year the work crew sealed off the pool lights. Still need to fill the void that was caused, would you recommend polyurethane foam?

Hey Steve, what would you say about an area that cracked and rose up? Happens to be near the stair returns.

Do you live in an area with freezing in the winter? If so, trapped water froze and heaved the slab

Ants under my concrete for years, that was my problem.

If the deck is moving up it could be tree roots.
