How far in front of the lead foot is the alignment stick. Assume if you placed a similar stick behind the trail foot, you would have a good sense of the full plane for practice swings?

This movement is also key for half wedge shots. Too many people freeze their bodies, and chop at the ball with their arms. Great video.

Would really like to see a video focusing on both hands around the shaft during the complete swing. I find I struggle with my right hand coming off of the club a bit which allows my elbow to separate from my body

What about the arms and wrists? That body move on its own without a release seems like the ball will go no where.

Fred couples teaches “swing down the line” 🤔??? Not saying he’s right. Most pros are horrible teachers. They say to do their feels not what they actually do.
