I ordered a 10lb mace which is arriving tomorrow. But then two days ago I got a small injury on my lat doing a sandbag to shoulder. Are mace 360s with 10lbs going to be good for rehab, or should I wait a few weeks to use my new mace?

If you have practice swinging the 10lbs I'd say give it a go and understand how your body feels,if you feel a pain rest up and get back to it stronger 💪. I sprained myself going from 6kg to 10kg during the first week of transition , gave it sometime and it feels soo natural now.

10lb is very light but if it's your first time swinging a Mace it will be 'heavy' for a while. First do halos with very light kettlebells (12kg and below) and if that feels wrong don't even attempt swinging your mace until it feels OK
