Agreed. Also the most approachable, the other Jo (roller blades, marine guy), maybe it’s a mix of Joes, KBs and America?! Thanks, inadvertently I think I’ve found out why my lower back sometimes gets achy, tight hamstrings.

Thanks for the note about possibly having tight hamstrings if this kneeling version feels better than the regular. Ive been having issues lately with my lower back while doing reg swings, so that might be the issue.

When you mentioned at the end, "not swinging down too deep", would you say that's about the same upper-body bend you want with a normal standing kb swing? Thanks so much, I've picked up so many good tips from your channel.

It's close but anything outside of the body is going to be different than swinging between the legs due to lever length and there's nothing to hit so it might feel very different A lot of people like double outside of the hip kettlebell swings compared to between the legs It's just a personal preference to what feels good
