I'm here because my job is killing my fitness goals. 10 hour days with a drive each way. You better know I sneaking a kettle bell into the office. If anyone has a problem with that, they can bite my hiney! I'm a 59 year old nurse and I'm a widow. No one is coming to save me if I can't stay fit and keep working!

I know how you feel. We do 9.5hr days, manual work building trusses. By the time you arrive home, theres little time to do usual daily routine and be in bed in time for a good nights sleep. Let alone try and fit in a workout. But Im going to try and build upto a 15 min DLE KB workout. Short & sweet. But better than nothing. Keep up your KB at the office😁

I just changed from powerlifting barbell style training to kettlebell, really enjoying your videos. Giving me some great ideas for exercises to include. Switching to kettlebells was a huge shock to the system, they make you realise how weak you are in certain areas.

Best way to spend 6 minutes on KZbin. You could just do this routine with mixing it up a bit (weight, order of exercises) and get pretty damn big and strong.

@@kettlebellmusclegain haha maybe decent was a bit of an understatement. Great to see a variety of kettlebell exercises and variations that can easily be overlooked. Easy to forget how versatile the kettle bell is. I love my kettlebells but do you really think it’s possible to build mass? The heaviest I have at the moment is 32kg. I’m in the process of building my home gym and thinking about getting a squat rack and bumper plates to compliment my kbs

I wanna see someone with absolutely no weight lifting experience whatsoever (average Joe) do a before and after video on Kettlebells. All good some of these KZbinr (not you personally) pulling top off and showing us what the KB is able to achieve, but everyone that I have seen has prior weightlifting experience and works out regularly.
