This was incredible. I have been practicing Hardstyle kettlebell for about a year and a half. And Ive gotten quite strong which has been amazing. But as I improve my form and endurance I have been looking more and more at Kettlebell Sport movements. Id like to learn that on top of hardstyle so I can implement them both into my training to meet my current goals. Theres a whole lot of folks in the fitness and kettlebell influencer world who are simply like "just do the thing and youre gonna be a beast" and I really appreciate you slowing down and fully explaining the movements so I can get a good sense for how my form needs to change/improve. 10/10 will be watching again and continuing to learn

You need a Patreon dude. Love your videos. Keep them up! I just got into Kettlebells, I started with some Rogue cast bells but had a lot of forearm/wrist pain from the small window/geometry. I found your video comparing the Kings to KBUSA bells and got myself some Paradigm Pros, I love them! Super comfortable. A million times better than the Rogues. Been watching all your videos dialing in my technique, really having a lot of fun. Thank you!

♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️🔥♥️ Only halfway through the video. This is amazing you're the KB one stop shop for KB training. Im gravitating now more to your channel than caveman trainging, zuka light (z gym lady), queen of bells, MagdaCivil, megsquats just to name a few. You're so patient and we can tell this is just in your blood. I could understand how far the bell should be from me (from start to finish), how to properly rack, you had every angle this was a needed video for me. I'm mostly doing squat, swing, press, halo, curls, thruster, etc....still need to add the windmill, jerk, snatch, clean and the get up to be a little more well rounded. I love working out with my KB barefoot or in my timberland boots. I've been busy finishing up my business plan and creating an LLC. You encourage me to keep up my training and make it a priority 2021 goals!!!! Thank you🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

So what movements do you recommend for a bigger person, with a longer torso? Really enjoying this tutorial it brings together a few different videos into 1 solid tutorial. I think I would enjoy snatches and jerks as my primary focus. Glad to see the breakdown and similarity/ transitions from the clean into the the snatch, I find myself practicing clean to snatches quite often.
@kettlebellmusclegain4 жыл бұрын
A belt helps with the longer torso peeps. Jerk and snatch hbis whats called Biathlon in kb sport. 10 min of each seperated by an hour of rest in comp.

With the body proportions you have, I guess sinking the elbows to the iliac crest in the rack position is not really possible, right? Are you then actually able to relax your shoulders in the rack position? Your rack position is quite different from the typical kb lifter one (leaned back a lot, elbows resting on the hips). It's funny now that I notice it, the rack position you have at 14:49 is the most comfortable for me also, but it takes quite a bit of endurance to hold them this way on a long cycle set.

Correct hence why I use a belt during sets.

Yes I just use a little more quads on the clean and snatches as the weight is going upward. Instead of totally forward.

In practive 2 weeks before arnold AKA comp about 5 years ago it was 61 reps 2x28kg. Then in thr comp in missed vms by 1 rep with 60 reps. I hit cms in the triathlon with 2x32kg for a 5 min set with 29 or 30 reps a couple years ago. While I love long cycle, I have no resting rack due to long torso. Short upper arms.
@DM-jt4rh3 жыл бұрын
@@kettlebellmusclegain Yes I think I'm in the same boat. Steve Cotter doesn't have a great rack but he got CMS, I think he kind of leans one hand over the top of the other kind of thing. With the 4 week intro program is it just 4 weeks of programming included?
