Another top-notch video! Hips and knees absorption is a MASSIVE tip! With bells legs, hips and knees are where the magic happens :)

Excellent analysis of the Kettlebell clean. I thought the description of absorbing the force on the way down was particularly helpful.

As always great content 👍 When you start training one can learn so much from you and when you train for some time I can still learn a lot from you Remember old things and reflect how i started and training now Your chanell is really a intellectual Kettlebell and training channel Lots of food for thought and always a inspiration to look at things how they are in reality Training with the kettlebells is really a stimulation for the brain 😄 seriously

great video, i have the same problem, bought 34 kg kettellbel because i thought that this is the weight i need since i have some exprience with lifting but now i'm can't do more than one rep of press with the kettellbel... can you do a video with tips to increase your overhead presses with one too heavy kettellbel please?
@kettlebellmusclegain10 ай бұрын
Oh yeah I know this all too well You're trying to turn me into that niche video guy right haha I'd be happy to do it
@ru877510 ай бұрын
If you can do one rep you can do more Wait 1 minute and then try doing another rep Do that everyday with your other training and soon you can do 2 repetitions Then do the same till you can use it as your normal weight It worked for me with my 24kg I could it even clean it let alone press it 1cm from my shoulder I thought about that for a very long time and then remembered the video on this chanell how to get you press stronger with a heavy Kettlebell 1 rep every minute with your heaviest Kettlebell I think it was called the outer limit protocol ?

I got terrible elbow tendinitis the first time I tried Rite of Passage. Will definitely be using these cues to prevent it again as I start on a DFW Remix cycle!

No watch? Yep, I have one that has a kettlebell scratch on it. 😠
@kettlebellmusclegain10 ай бұрын
Absolutely. Use a chest strap HR monitor if you are able to. No sense in focusiing on changing form to not hit a watch on one arm. And or break em. They're expensive.
@jacob-shaffer10 ай бұрын
@@kettlebellmusclegain In lieu of a chest strap monitor, some watches have arm bands. I place mine just below my elbow that's far enough away from the KB to not get hit. It's probably not as accurate as a chest strap monitor though.

Very true. I've tried many. But also optical readers do not do well on dark skin tone or tattoos.
