*IF YOU SQUEEZE SOME AIR OUT OF THE CONDIMENT BOTTLE FIRST THEN PUT YOUR FINGER ON IT, YOU WONT GET THE “bloop” OF SOAP POPPING OUT.*

How many ounces are each bar? Where can I get a glass bowl like this? I also want to say thanks I have been watching for years. Soap making helps me cope with my mental illness.

Thank you! The bars are about 5 oz. :) The glass bowl is our 2 Quart Glass Mixing Bowl, that can be found here: www.brambleberry.com/shop-by-product/tools-and-accessories/containers/2-quart-glass-mixing-bowl/IB000050.html

Where can I get one of those large glass measuring cup?
@bramble-berry10 ай бұрын
This was a kitchen aid 4 qt mixing bowl but we are not seeing that they still make them. You can use any 4 or 5 qt stainless steel or new glass bowl for your recipes.

Just wondering...no offense or hate or any of that only Love!! How do you answer the glass haters?
@bramble-berry11 ай бұрын
Thank you! We recommend glass, heat-resistant plastic, or stainless steel for mixing lye. Do not use tin or aluminum. It reacts with the sodium hydroxide and produces harmful fumes. A few makers have mentioned that their glass containers cracked or broke while mixing the solution. We've use sturdy Pyrex containers for years and haven't experienced that. However, you can use heat-resistant plastic containers if you prefer. For more lye safety tips and tools, we have an awesome article that can be found here: www.brambleberry.com/tips-and-tricks/soap/art0231-lye-safety-guide.html
