Well, while I agree with you in regard to the USB-outlets (Swiss missed those on their 777s as well), I don't quite do with the seat pockets. For me as a rather tall person it is actually better to have the two smaler pockets in terms of legroom, and I personally don't need a bigger one anyways. On my flight to Frankfurt last year the screens were used during the entire flight, maybe this one was an unlucky exception. And you're final statement for an up-to-date seat: Air France certainly is better in direct comparison, no doubt. But I think we have to consider that Swiss introduced the A220 six years earlier than AF. Six years might sound like short, but usually the up-to-date of today won't be the up-to-date of tomorrow, since the airline that releases a new seat is usually the one having the newest features.

Flown this product recently in a route combined with Edelweiss and LOT. I was looking forward to the leg with Swiss the most, yet it was the worst of the three in terms of soft product.

Yes the Munich-Zurich rail link isn't the easiest. But the line has been improved, trains now faster and Swiss will soon add this route to its air-rail service.

After covid I also noticed higher prices on Transavia for the ticket and also a lot higher for “extras” like extra leg room seats (emergency exit) up to 23€ compared to 3-5€ before covid !

Am I wrong or is the train connection between Munich and Zurich just around 3hrs? That's not even that bad, quite frankly...

Your last two videos morning coffee is missing . The coffee was motivating us

Thanks for watching. The morning coffee isn’t always possible depending on the place we‘re staying at. E.g. some hotels have coffee machines at the rooms and some not.

Man the A220 looks more like a Tiny Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Similar front Windows and everything
@texasabbott2 жыл бұрын
Ironically, the A220 has the wider economy seats (48 cm). The cockpits of the A220 and 787 are quite similar, although the A220 has a sidestick while the 787 has a control wheel/yoke.

dammit after seeing some bad lufthansa reviews i was considering swiss for cross atlantic travel, might have to look for another airline or can you still recommend them for long flights?
@flightexperience_official2 жыл бұрын
Haven‘t flown them long-haul for quite some time but we‘ve recently uploaded a Swiss Boeing 777 review. You can check out their long-haul hard product there at least. Thanks for watching!

Wenn wir mal nach oder über Norwegen, versuchen wir sie mit Sicherheit einzubauen, da wir immer versuchen neue(re) Airlines zu fliegen und in unsere Reisepläne einzuplanen.

Swiss employs the A220 in short-haul flights or regional flights. The A220 carries a lot of fuel and is intended as a medium-haul aircraft for a flight up to 8 hours or 3600 nautical mile range. You will see the A220 impressively equipped (in economy: large seatback TV screens, power outlets, fast wifi and internet) on JetBlue or Delta, which are part of their transcontinental fleet.

You don't need luxury on such a short flight, in fact I question why such flights even exist in this age of global warming, you should have taken the train
