Works perfectly! I used this for CFW: "HATS-1.3.2-Combo", and added these overclock files to it, replacing the files (I used whatever updated files were in the links you provided). Wonderful! This is the FIRST time I've gotten this working. I am updated to firmware 14.1.2 using daybreak.

Is overclocking the Switch safe to use online nowadays? Safe as in no ban? The fact that you tested it on Rocket League tells me yes but this was from 3 years ago. Want to try overclocking Fall Guys to see if it keeps a steady 30FPS or improve 5 frames higher lel

You have to have one of the older ones sadly. As you have to do the boot exploit to launch the loaders

Yes, the modded console is what allows this to be possible. It should work on Lite although not as reliably due to a weaker cooling mechanism.

sys-clk does not officially say SX OS is supported. I won't say so either. You can try it, but at a minimum you will at least need to change the 'atmosphere' folder to whatever SX OS uses

If you have an emunand and you've kept your sysnand clean, play online only on bought games. Don't install nsps/xci on your sysnand.

Yes, it does consume more battery and produces more heat. It's recommended not to overclock it too far when in handheld.

My switch without overclocking doesn’t over heat on the Witcher. However when I do overclock it and add some visual enhancement configs it overheats whitin 10 min. I don’t understand everyone says it’s safe to overclock it. I have old switch when it was launched. Any help?

You should try a much more modest overclock. The maximum clock speed of the Switch by default is 1020mhz for CPU and 768mhz for GPU. Turn each of these up by only 1 notch and see if it overheats.

It seems like you didn't cover the part about launching into RCM and then injecting a payload in order to boot into Atmosphere. This was the step I was missing and it should go between the work that was done on teh SD card on the PC and the booting up of the Switch.

Thats because the file is a hidden file, if you're on mac its a bit stupid that it doesnt show it, but simply press shift+cmd+. that should show all the hidden files on mac. If you're on Windows (10) just open the explorer, on the upper menu select View > Options > Change folder and search options. Then select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK. I hope I was able to help you
