Everything you need to connect it to water and drainage is in the box, but I guess it depends how comfortable you are doing that.

Hi, great video, SwitchBot suggests using their own cleaning solution but have you found any alternative, after shipping + customs it becomes very expensive.

Personally I use all vacuums without the cleaning solution... mostly because they clean daily and the floor is always clean... and also because im cheap and I don't want to add cleaning solution :)

Never seen one that connects to water! What if there is hair in that waste water? Isn't that hose too small?

I haven't had any issues. The hair would be sucked up in the dust bin, not really by the mop
