Yeah levels are huge, but you underestimate the power of certain legendaries. Yuna with the 3x bomb legendary weapon plus the +30% skilldmg necklace will PUMP especially if you got skill cooldown rolls. Fuka with the 3x rocket weapon will instantly delete a room in Co-Op before anyone has a chance to attack. I was generally doubling the next highest damage while levelling from 75 to 90. Yui can absolutely melt the kraken with the extra orb legendary which is where most of her dps lies. Alot of them can be irrelevant, but these so far I've found to be gamechanging. I highly recommend to everyone spam craft accessories as you level and try to get the -5%hp+30%skilldmg necklace on each class so you can use that with Klein's passive for a huge damage boost.

@@Wheathn I didn’t underestimate it I just said that if I’m not lvl 100 I won’t go for those type of setups. There’s no point for the time being. Which is why just about levels and gears in this game mainly. That includes all of effects you can put on. You can use these setups at lvl 30 but compared to lvl 100 it doesn’t help. Other than that they are very interesting cuz I do have all those effects or seen it. Problem is getting it.

It’s true this game is really just about gears and levels(all the legendary stuff passive are included in as well). It won’t matter too much if your character levels is low regardless your builds. Can’t compare to lvl 100 characters with sub 30 ranks.

What if you don’t get those legendaries you mentioned does that mean you still able to do good amount of dps? Not everyone is that lucky though RNG is terrible in this game and I barely get legendaries.

I don't know it's just me, but while how do big numbers can be summarized with 'levels and gears', while still not complex, knowing how to/the ideal way to dps with the character you're playing is also important and can push you ahead even at low levels in my opinion. Some characters way of dps are super simple(Kirito is literally just sonic leap and vorpal strike), while others take a little more effort/skill. Mastering your character could come a lot way when it comes to dps, but again, that's just my opinion.

@@tansu3537 the game is designed to be simple, but some of them are just op characters and do a lot compared to others. To hit more in the game generally just upgrade gears and getting higher level stuff. It’s basically like DW is better than other weapons, we all now that. What we don’t know is upgrade it is all it takes.

If you're familiar with a game like Tera or maybe pso2, your damage is based on your knowledge of the fight as well as learning to optimise your characters rotations. Secondly it comes down to builds. There are legendary affects where if they are stacked together, you may see your average dps on the board double to quadruple. Naturally #2 doesn't mean much if you haven't mastered the fight. May even be easier to compare it to fighting a monster in MP on monster hunter.

Save your energy if you wanna make a point it looks good. Builds aren’t hard in this game. You can get your builds as good as you want if someone else has better gears and lvl 100 character ranks it don’t matter compared to your level 30 characters. Your point of builds is invalid. Now if you matching up with lvl 100 characters ranks and you have the same levels and setup then sure. That’s the whole videos is about its gears and levels not BUILDS. This game is about gears and levels mainly it’s far less than what other SAO require as knowledge. Don’t try to make this harder than it looks.

It’s how dps is structured as in the game and what you can get as in general. Bruh sitting here to write this stuff to someone who’s a master of other SAO games and trying to explain the same thing he did for other people lmfao. Plus he already said that if you fight the boss enough you know where to hit and how to hit… To be honest learning how to dodge or fight it that’s skill not how to do your dps in the game. This game is designed to be simple and easy for people to understand only fools that never played other difficult SAO games trying to prove a point at trying to top dps in this game. It’s not that hard to learn man. No matter how good you optimize your builds in this game you are no match at lvl 30 character rank vs. lvl 100 character rank. @@YudaBest I'm here because it popped up on my recommended, I have no idea about the past videos nor your 10000+ hours of sao history prior to this comment That aside, I rewatched the video. My biggest question, being somebody who only likes this SAO. Why are the games even being compared, this game and the other games are a night and day difference. Yes it's more casual friendly but the comparison to other sao's witth their gameplay looks almost like comparing Xenoblades combat to a hack and slash lol. I don't think this game would go anywhere as far as multiplayer goes if it was anywhere near as complex as the older Sao's, as in the multiplayer would be so baron. it'd be a wasted feature to impliment. In any case, what I took from this video is: - Damage is simple in this game - Gears and levels = damage - The other Sao games are more complex - The game is way too simple so it's hard to make video content for it I'm gathering this is more of a requested community video rather than a video intended to draw in newbies and vets for SAO: Fractured Daydream. If I'm entirelly wrong on the community part and you do intend to make videos dedicated to Fractured day dream, I have plenty of video ideas I'd be happily give you. Though the video ideas may be for what you and some other sao vets who've played multiple games consider simple/easy af/ braindead.

@@lma0henry that’s just my opinion you can think however you want as interpretation. As a SAO veteran I have no interest of drawing audiences at this point because these aren’t SAO games to me. I do guides on what I want to do not what you feel like I want to do. There are others who do videos for this game I’m just doing what I feel like doing. Never said I was planning on making insane amount of stuff like the other SAO games. This is the problem with people never really played other SAO they have no clue what we talking about. If you go ask other SAO players about this game it’s the same. Because you only hear it from me it is simple which is why I don’t find it as enjoyable besides have fun play with friends. You stating that a characters base attack is not affected by the rank restriction made me wonder if using Attack Up LVL on everything might increase the dps considerably. Because if you think about it, advanced skill damage, melee damage and crit damage are all somewhat tied to the damage output you do at any given time. So basically, if you are at advanture rank 3 and hit for like 2000-3000 damage, crit damage will only increase your damage to 5000~ because the adventure and weapon rank restrictions cap that damage. But increasing the base attack that is clearly not affected might negate that in some way. Just me theorizing though.

@@krouzer9054 rank restrictions is just for rank and weapons. It says in the tutorial. Nothing about characters, and not to mention people +10 weapons on top of that. Also this is 85+ uncapped as well lower tiers you’ll still be out dps either way. Most of players don’t have op gears when they are leveling up to max lvl.

Theres not much depth in the game eh? Personally i don't feel like thats a terrible thing because the other games like fatal bullet or hollow realization have that depth in the system that people may want so they can play those games if they want more out of it. I find fractured daydream quite fun even if it very simplistic. Plus who knows they might add more to the game as time goes on

The base game do have a lot of problems it ain’t perfect. Some people can overlook that easily. It only matters of how you view the game and find what’s best for you. Just like people say they don’t enjoy other SAO and I’m not gonna argue it. Everyone has their favorite as long they don’t attack others for their opinions base on theirs own.

@@pspirit1459 there’s no way to look up in code where how dps formula works if that’s what you curious. The only way to understand how dps work from the surface is to play the game and test the game. Just like any other SAOs. You combine was available and use it. Now if you asking how runs only devs will know not us. It’s very simple in this just leveling up your character and uses dps passives and effects sphere such as crit dmg, crit rate. Anything that boost damage that’s how it works. Each character is different so you have to build around them.

You should go tell Japanese players who rank 100 in the first week not me. If you are bored go else where complain. You don’t need to grind 24/7 to reach lvl 100 2-3 weeks more than enough if you play a lot and put your time into it. If you can’t do that then take your time.
