Nice breakdown. very practical and applicable. One more possibly, meditatively its I've thought of it as a reeling silk where one can play with one side being yang and one side being yin (especially with a flexible sword)⚔☯💥 Thanks for posting this!!!

Yes a great idea. One teacher had me hold a sword in the left while I did the sword form, felt great!
