Johnson averaged 22.6 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 1.8 steals, and 2.2 (!!) blocks per game for the series, establishing himself as not only the preeminent defensive guard in the NBA but also setting the groundwork for a Hall of Fame career that'd include two more rings as a member of the Boston Celtics.
