Amazing, he describes this experience and insight he had at “Cold Mountain”, which is now known as Hollyhock, on Cortes Island, BC. I’d love to see one of the teachers or speakers from the 3Principles community run a workshop or seminar there, it is a prime and beautiful location. To bring the 3P wisdom back there would be very fitting, due to the serendipitous event that happened there, which started Syd’s journey, and because it is a place that is a real treat to visit. Hollyhock continues to run educational and leadership programs to this day.

Really such a shame about the advertisements. I eush this could be treated as if it was a meditation channel. I think it's really important not to have the jarring interruptions. The whole point is to listen beyond the words which is really hard to do with the advertisements interjected.

Past is not an illusion. Anyone with C-PTSD or PTSD will tell you. It lives in the nervous system. So you need to work on it.... Look up polyvagal theory and Daniel J Siegel and neuroplasticity principle.
