Hi, Sydney -- firstly -- I've been dancing around in between times (rest times) ever since I found your channel because your music ROCKS!!! Thank you for the tip about bending at the waist and pushing butt back first before bending knees for the squats! This made perfect sense in the way you explained it. Also the tip about pressing your knees out. When I started focusing on this it helped tremendously in my form! Thank you!

I know that I sound like a broken record but I loved this workout. The ending was killer! You were born to choreograph these workouts. I love the strength and cardio combinations. My upper body is getting stronger. My shoulders were on fire. Do you think that you could do another strength and cardio workout at this length and just focus on lower body or upper body to really burn that part of the body out? I really should be careful what I wish for. Anything you come up with is fine with me Syd. Thanks again. Excellent workout.

3rd or 4th time I’ve done this one and was able to move dumbbells from 8lbs to 15lbs love this heavier one with still good cardio bursts to get some great calorie burns, for a real full effect workout!! Love it!!

Fabulous workout! Loved the emphasis on legs arms and cardio. I know that sounds like everything, but there wasn't a lot of specific ab work, which I didn't want, so it was really perfect for me. Loved the motivational talk. Thank you so much. Had a great time doing it with my husband! Yeah!

Really really tough workout for me. My goal is... I’m getting married in late June and I want to look amazing in my wedding dress! When I tried on dresses, I hated my tummy. I think it’s been three or four weeks that I have consistently worked out at least 4 times a week with Sydney 💙

Sydney Cummings hey!! Well I was getting frustrated just because of my tummy. But I started cutting out bread ( my favorite) and no chips or sugar. Good carbs like sprouted Brown rice. Avocado, black beans. Etc. have lost two inches in two weeks from my waist. Thanks for the reply!

Awesome workout. Love it. After every workout i feel energetic and ready to start/ end my day. I will admit that i might have not done all the workout exactly like the one leg dead lift because im still struggling with my balance but i did try and then switch to a regular dead lift. And the Burpees i love them but couldn't do them because i injury one of my inner thight muscles.. But over all i think i did ok. 😆

Great baddie c conditioning! When I can get to my strength, cardio,hit classes or run outside. I’ll be in my basement to do different workouts. My goal is stay healthy, continue getting leaner and continue to strengthen my endurance as I’m turning 50 this year and my hormones are out of control starting menopauses. Hey Karen! It’s hard to tell just from the fact that you used an Apple Watch why your calories were so different. It could be multiple factors, but what exercise did you choose that you did? I always choose High Intensity Interval Training on my watch (for the most part). Thanks for working out with me!!!

It's really hard for me to say on your heart rate without knowing everything about you because the calories are going to range widely for everyone based on so many factors: BMI, height, intensity level, your resting heart rate, age, weight, etc., etc. and the Apple Watch can also vary drastically depending on how tight or loose it is to your wrist, how thin/thick your skin is, if you have tattoos or hair in between the watch and your skin and many other factors. Have you properly set the watch up in the Apple Watch app? 5 reps is very tough- I'd prefer 4 before you change. But, as always, a great workout with a great trainer. How do you do this every day???
