Crushed it. Love all your videos. I love doing home exercises and since I found you I never gone back to my old workout cause every day I feel very excited And look forward to see what kind of workout are you gonna upload today. Seriously there are so many of them and it’s fun and overwhelmed sometimes when I have to choose one over the other and it feels like god I want to do this one today but hang on this one seems fun as well lol. Million Thanks from me Sydney I know it Isn’t easy job to do what you’re doing now. You are AMAZING LADY and THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!!!

I love these "old" no mercy workouts of Sydney 😍 Toughness, Strength, Cardio and no rest. At the end of the workout I feel like I have worked hard 👏🏻💪🏻

The only better thing than 50 minutes workout with Sydney is a 60 minutes workout with Sydney :) This really challenged my strength and it felt awesome!

Another fun workout! I'm so proud of myself because after years of working out with 5 pound weights, you have challenged me to take it up a notch and I'm now using 8 pound weights for arms and 10 pound weights for legs and it's working out fine! Thanks for the motivation, Sydney! You're the best!

I crushed it! I’m 47 and had a total hip replacement back in November. I can’t believe I get to work out like this again. Your workouts are fun and perfectly challenging. Sydney Cummings , thanks for taking the time to reply. In the scheme of things my hip surgery was no biggie. I’m an RN so unfortunately I see a lot worse but the fact that I went from limping with pain to doing your workouts makes me feel blessed! I love your workouts!

Hi, Sydney -- firstly -- I've been dancing around in between times (rest times) ever since I found your channel because your music ROCKS!!! Thank you for the tip about bending at the waist and pushing butt back first before bending knees for the squats! This made perfect sense in the way you explained it. Also the tip about pressing your knees out. When I started focusing on this it helped tremendously in my form! Thank you!

I CRUSHED IT!! This morning I woke up in such a funk and just overall unmotivated and lethargic, but I decided to move my body and use this workout anyhow, and by the end of it, I was in such a good mood, felt energized and much better about the day!

Love your workouts! I have been doing your worsts for about a month here and there but as of last week my go to workouts on KZbin are yours. Please continue putting out new workouts because I really love the variety you bring to the table. Some of your workouts are harder than others for me but I use that as a motivation to try them again so I can do better the next go around!!!!

I know that I sound like a broken record but I loved this workout. The ending was killer! You were born to choreograph these workouts. I love the strength and cardio combinations. My upper body is getting stronger. My shoulders were on fire. Do you think that you could do another strength and cardio workout at this length and just focus on lower body or upper body to really burn that part of the body out? I really should be careful what I wish for. Anything you come up with is fine with me Syd. Thanks again. Excellent workout.

3rd or 4th time I’ve done this one and was able to move dumbbells from 8lbs to 15lbs love this heavier one with still good cardio bursts to get some great calorie burns, for a real full effect workout!! Love it!!

Had to pause at the end so I could breathe and get each 40 seconds of burpee dead lifts in BUT I felt like a badass doing this!! Trying to push through a weight loss plateau currently so good vibes needed!!

Fabulous workout! Loved the emphasis on legs arms and cardio. I know that sounds like everything, but there wasn't a lot of specific ab work, which I didn't want, so it was really perfect for me. Loved the motivational talk. Thank you so much. Had a great time doing it with my husband! Yeah!

This was amazing Sydney! I’m honestly shaking!! When you said to do cardio of your choice, I pushed myself and did some burpees and then the next move was more burpees. Needless to say- I’m dead 😵 thanks so much! Crushed it! 💪🏼👌🏼

Really really tough workout for me. My goal is... I’m getting married in late June and I want to look amazing in my wedding dress! When I tried on dresses, I hated my tummy. I think it’s been three or four weeks that I have consistently worked out at least 4 times a week with Sydney 💙

Sydney Cummings hey!! Well I was getting frustrated just because of my tummy. But I started cutting out bread ( my favorite) and no chips or sugar. Good carbs like sprouted Brown rice. Avocado, black beans. Etc. have lost two inches in two weeks from my waist. Thanks for the reply!

Thanks Sydney!! This was an awesome workout. I love the combo of weights with cardio. You have been my workout lifesaver during Covid!! I don’t even miss the gym anymore. I’ve got my own basement gym now. With this workout, how many calories do you usually burn? I’m wondering if I’m in the range. I track it under HIIT on my Apple Watch. Awesome workout. Love it. After every workout i feel energetic and ready to start/ end my day. I will admit that i might have not done all the workout exactly like the one leg dead lift because im still struggling with my balance but i did try and then switch to a regular dead lift. And the Burpees i love them but couldn't do them because i injury one of my inner thight muscles.. But over all i think i did ok. 😆

Great baddie c conditioning! When I can get to my strength, cardio,hit classes or run outside. I’ll be in my basement to do different workouts. My goal is stay healthy, continue getting leaner and continue to strengthen my endurance as I’m turning 50 this year and my hormones are out of control starting menopauses. Your to young for that yet! Lol! Thank you! 👍🙌🌷🌸

Another fantastic workout done here in my bedroom in Sydney Australia where is going to be 35 degrees Celsius again today 😓 I have an Apple Watch also but only did 411 calories 😩

Hey Karen! It’s hard to tell just from the fact that you used an Apple Watch why your calories were so different. It could be multiple factors, but what exercise did you choose that you did? I always choose High Intensity Interval Training on my watch (for the most part). Thanks for working out with me!!!

Hey Sydney I picked the high intensity too even if I do a super hard workout I have never gone over 500 calories for an hours workout

It's really hard for me to say on your heart rate without knowing everything about you because the calories are going to range widely for everyone based on so many factors: BMI, height, intensity level, your resting heart rate, age, weight, etc., etc. and the Apple Watch can also vary drastically depending on how tight or loose it is to your wrist, how thin/thick your skin is, if you have tattoos or hair in between the watch and your skin and many other factors. Have you properly set the watch up in the Apple Watch app? Here's a good forum on Apple that I've been sending to a lot of people to help make sure your watch is properly set up: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204666

5 reps is very tough- I'd prefer 4 before you change. But, as always, a great workout with a great trainer. How do you do this every day???
