I finished this one and was surprised by the effectiveness it has brought to me. Burned roughly 550 calories , my Max heart rate was 209 bpm and the avg HR was 151, I'm 22 yrs old and weight 59kg. I've done many HIIT exercises throughout my fitness journey and this one was lit. It's been a long time since I reached that maximum of HR . Pretty impressive. Thanks Sydney for your dedication!

I usually like to follow as closely as possible to the daily workouts however I wanted a HIIT 60 minute workout and found this one. WOW. This might have been the best 60 minute HIIT I’ve done with Sydney! Thank you Sydney for keeping these workouts from years ago available. ❤

Loved it! I was having a hard time keeping my heart rate up on other workouts I was doing until I found you! Heartrate was at like 178 the whole time! Burned total 633 calories! Thank you!

I CRUSHED IT!! sydney oh em gee girl. i ADORE you. i’ve been into fitness all my life. i’m an ex collegiate volleyball player and grew up with sports and got away from HIIT. i thought i needed to do cardio cardio cardio to see results. but it made me dread working out. Crushed it!!! Sydney, I absolutely love your workouts and truly look forward to them. Usually they're a challenge, but I push myself and know I can finish (covered in sweat, of course). But this one was BRUTAL (I love brutal, keep 'em coming!): when it was time for the burpees, I actually said out loud "Nope!", and figured I could do two sets but wouldn't make the third, but you motivated me to finish the entire thing at your pace!! I didn't give up, I stayed strong, and now I feel so accomplished thanks to you. I'm sure everyone else here feels the same way-- THANK YOU!!

This might have been my favorite workout of yours so far...it was definitely the sweatiest! I loved the combinations of exercises in each set too & the sports theme for a lot of them. I kept laughing at myself during the heel-heel-toe-toe taps b/c anytime I wasn't totally focused, my coordination went bonkers - it forced me to buckle down & concentrate! :). Hey Maya! Thank you so much! Yes I definitely recommend a daily rest day, and depending on where you are starting possibly 2 rest days. You need a day to recover so your muscles can rest and rebuild!

Hey Maya, that really depends on what type of workouts you're doing, what your goals are, what you're doing outside of your workouts, etc. and how much your body is truly getting to rest and repair. It's really going to vary from person to person and is something that you need to gauge for yourself or have a personal trainer / physician that works with you all of the time gauge, but for some insight, I normally only take one day a week off. Hope this helps and sorry for not giving a more concrete answer

I do mostly high intensity exercise (Kickboxing being an all time favorite) but I also throw in some power yoga, pilates and strength/circuit workouts which are very intense as well. I don't really have any activities outside of my home gym though. And my body goals are really just to maintain what I have and maybe even tone and lengthen a little more.

Hi! Can men also do these lessons? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Sydney's workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move them! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated 😟

Girl! Haha! Trust me, there's a reason I'm like 12 feet away from the camera LOL! JK, but I look like a monster after my workouts too! I always have sweat dripping everywhere and my clothes are soaked!
