I fell so far behind. I was so excited to get to do a STF as it was released but then I had to move :( I'm still going to try my best! If you're seeing this, it's never too late to keep pushing or restart

Favorite moment during this workout: Sydney said during the glute bridge / hip thrust, "Who's doing this to us?" 🤣 Love the humility!

It is my 40th birthday today and I started my celebrations with this STF workout 🥳 I'm working out with you, Sydney, for almost 5 years and I swear, I have never been in such a good shape as I'm now. Thanks to you and the team for motivation and inspiration, this is life changing experience for me🥰

Just completed this one and have to say that I am continually inspired by Sydney. There is another amazing fitness KZbinr out there for whom I have tremendous respect, but sometimes found her workouts demotivating because she seemed beyond reproach. Like Sydney, she is incredibly strong, but she rarely faltered or expressed that something was hard. Sydney allows us to see that you can be incredibly physically fit, strong, flexible, and have great endurance, but she is still a human being, so it is OK for me to not be perfect and doing 66 lbs hip thrusts in a tempo workout without faltering. In the abs portion of the workout at the end, I was really impressed with Sydney's ab strength with the 25lbs situps. Even though I'm not there yet, I feel inspired to keep working. Great workout, Sydney!

To answer your question....you you are doing this to us lol I know im late to this series, but im so glad i found you. I love that you get fatigued too and are not afraid to show it. So many trainers make it look easy, and you show us that it gets hard for you too sometimes, but you keep going, which makes me push harder

Sydney, I don’t know if you will see this, but I started my health journey on March! Your workouts have help me gain so much strength but that’s not all. It’s your positivity and affirmations that has helped me so mentally. Your advice has changed my outlook on life and I am so much happier than I was 4 months ago! You are truly an amazing trainer!
