Just completed this one and have to say that I am continually inspired by Sydney. There is another amazing fitness KZbinr out there for whom I have tremendous respect, but sometimes found her workouts demotivating because she seemed beyond reproach. Like Sydney, she is incredibly strong, but she rarely faltered or expressed that something was hard. Sydney allows us to see that you can be incredibly physically fit, strong, flexible, and have great endurance, but she is still a human being, so it is OK for me to not be perfect and doing 66 lbs hip thrusts in a tempo workout without faltering. In the abs portion of the workout at the end, I was really impressed with Sydney's ab strength with the 25lbs situps. Even though I'm not there yet, I feel inspired to keep working. Great workout, Sydney!

To answer your question....you you are doing this to us lol I know im late to this series, but im so glad i found you. I love that you get fatigued too and are not afraid to show it. So many trainers make it look easy, and you show us that it gets hard for you too sometimes, but you keep going, which makes me push harder
