I don´t have cones, so I used two small weighted plates, it worked quite well. When I am at my parents, I can get more creative, I even have cones there and also a big garden to use as a "playground" :) But in my flat I just use whatever I find :)

That is amazing! Yeah I wanted to make sure everyone knew you could use whatever you had around you! I just wanted mine to be the most visible for you all so I used bright cones!

Sydney I have been following you since my gym closed last March. I do at least one if not 2 of your workouts a day, love that your rest day is also Sunday. I wish you had more of these 60 minute cardio/agility videos but until then i will keep going back to your old ones. YOU ROCK!!

I can't believe that I haven't done this one before now. So fast paced and fun, sweaty, non stop workout! Some parts are almost plyo- those one legged jumps are killer! Loved it.

I agree Elaine I thought the one leg hops would be one of the ones that I needed to addd a harder option for people who wanted to step it up but no way! Those were tough!!! Was the last one the toughest for you?!

Well, I'm soaked and exhausted now. Those one legged hops...jeez, man. I thought they would be pretty easy until I was falling all over the place and my legs & glutes were on fire!! 😰 Sneaky hops! Thanks for another awesome workout, Sydney! High fives all around for the Sydney Squad!

Full of myself, started thinking:" no big deal, done much harder and plyometricgility workouts". But then...You kicked my butt! I used the band minus for the one leg part and it was a killer, especially for the lateral quick feet with the small jump at the end. As usual, many thanks to you Super Trainer Sydney!!!

Leticia I agree! I come from a very agility/plyometric centered training background with my high jump career and so it’s always something I want to continue to include! Plyometics May just have to be next week- what do you think?

She’s back!!!! You’ve got a lot of options for your catch up girlfriend! I am sorry you had the flu! Remember to give yourself grace as you come back to your fitness journey. You will be a little slower and a little weaker to start off more than likely, which is okay! Have patience with yourself and come back in knowing you are just getting started again!

WOW, crushed it! That was crazy good! I did have to modify the ski hop circuits front and side to fast feet staying low and I still got a good burn! You’re workouts are so easy to modify up or down and that last circuit I gave you all I had left! Woot Woot!!! 💜 Thank you again, see y’all tomorrow! #sydneysquad

I didn't have cones so I used 6lb weights for everything. To say I was tired is an understatement! Glad I found your channel, it's nice to work out with a "has been" lol. I guess I am one too as soccer was my deal for 12 years but mountain biking has been my savior along with these workouts to keep me fit and strong as I finish the last year of my 30's. Thanks!

What a challenging workout....I did this on my 36th birthday and it opened up my eyes that in the last few years my agility isn't as quick or coordinated as it used to be...definitely a reminder of something that I need to work on!

Crushed it!!!💪💪💪 Way to go!! 9K subscribers!!! As for the work out. Since I did not have cones I tried two old protein containers. Too big. My tots boots. Too small. His Gerber cereal puff containers. Decent. But towards the end I gave up on marker's and used imaginary ones hahahaha. Enjoyed the workout. Different got to say. Definetely got me sweating tons. Added in my wrist weights for a little extra AND I did opt to put my band (the dark blue medium/strong one) and my legs were definitely feeling jellyish at the end! Glad you suggested it!!👍👍👍 Thank you both again!

I just did this workout instead of running 6 miles in -25 degrees. I think the 6 miles would have been easier! This is a great alternative cardio! Thanks!

I've done many of your (no equipment) videos but this might be the hardest one because of the intense leg focus. Last time i tried this workout i had to quit with cramps after the one-leg-jumps. This time (looking for a workout without pressure on the shoulders) i still took additional breaks to shake out the legs but in the end i crushed it!

Hey Danielle! You can use dumbbells, rolls of paper towels, sweat towels, anything that will resemble two little markers!

CRUSHED IT, except I had to pause at the last 10 mins because i could sense my blood sugar dropping but then after I ate a piece of fruit , I was ready to finish strong!

Oh boy, the way you're panting there at the end of that workout is a sure indicator that this workout will KILL US ALL..hahaha! But we shall try to kick ass like you have Sydney:)
