I don´t have cones, so I used two small weighted plates, it worked quite well. When I am at my parents, I can get more creative, I even have cones there and also a big garden to use as a "playground" :) But in my flat I just use whatever I find :)

Full of myself, started thinking:" no big deal, done much harder and plyometricgility workouts". But then...You kicked my butt! I used the band minus for the one leg part and it was a killer, especially for the lateral quick feet with the small jump at the end. As usual, many thanks to you Super Trainer Sydney!!!

She’s back!!!! You’ve got a lot of options for your catch up girlfriend! I am sorry you had the flu! Remember to give yourself grace as you come back to your fitness journey. I didn't have cones so I used 6lb weights for everything. To say I was tired is an understatement! Glad I found your channel, it's nice to work out with a "has been" lol. I guess I am one too as soccer was my deal for 12 years but mountain biking has been my savior along with these workouts to keep me fit and strong as I finish the last year of my 30's. Thanks!

Crushed it!!!💪💪💪 Way to go!! 9K subscribers!!! As for the work out. Since I did not have cones I tried two old protein containers. Too big. My tots boots. Too small. His Gerber cereal puff containers. Decent. But towards the end I gave up on marker's and used imaginary ones hahahaha. Enjoyed the workout. Different got to say. Definetely got me sweating tons. Added in my wrist weights for a little extra AND I did opt to put my band (the dark blue medium/strong one) and my legs were definitely feeling jellyish at the end! Glad you suggested it!!👍👍👍 Thank you both again!

I've done many of your (no equipment) videos but this might be the hardest one because of the intense leg focus. Last time i tried this workout i had to quit with cramps after the one-leg-jumps. This time (looking for a workout without pressure on the shoulders) i still took additional breaks to shake out the legs but in the end i crushed it!
