Crushed it! I was so proud of myself yesterday. Nutrition was great and I drank over half my body weight in water!!!! Last night before bed I was so tired and hungry and went to grab some dark chocolates and popcorn. I had to move my nutter butter protein out of the way to get to the popcorn and it hit me. Duh, just drink some protein! I did and was so fulfilled afterwards. Thanks for being here for us everyday!!!!! I spent 30 minutes singing your praises at my local GNC yesterday and think I got the 2 ladies that were there to try you out!!!!

This was awesome! I've been doing home workout videos for 20+ years. My family finally got a home gym with increased dumbbells(moved past 8lbs! and today got to 20lbs!), a barbell and my son's band from PT was hanging around. I used them all. I never in my life would have tried a barbell but you inspired me. Thank you!

sydney! im so excited to tell you that i was able to DOUBLE up ALL my weight for each move today! i realized that my regular weight was no longer challenging me but was always afraid to increase my weight because i only have one other 7 pound weight with me... so i decided to go for it and use two 7 pound dumbbells' and im AMAZED at myself for being able to do all of these exercises with 7 more pounds than usual. im so proud of myself and so grateful for your help. i literally recommend you to everyone! im already feeling the soreness though so im going to make sure i get a good stretch in tonight. thank you so much for the encouragement

I crushed it today for our lower body workout. I couldn’t help but think of your outfit as Xena, The Warrior Princess 👑. My favorite move was the elevated goblet squat. I used my 35 pound dumbbell since that’s the heaviest dumbbell I have in my home gym. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our last workout of the Dirty 30 workout program.

I absolutely love these workouts! I always wake up and check what the workout is and dance around the room while I am getting ready to crush the workout for the day. You hit the nail on the head: I am a student studying middle school education and currently in the field, and you never know what each day is going to bring with all of this constant change.

hey sydney!! i am a level 10 gymnast i will be headed to nebraska next year to study business and continue my gymnastics through the d1 collegiate level. as an athlete, these workouts are perfect in how they vary and the difficulty level!! i wake up before school and practice 4 times a week and these workouts make my days so much better and make me feel stronger and more productive! your passion for these workouts makes me even more motivated even on the hard days! best trainer out there❤️❤️💪🏽

Crushed it. You're energy and appearance really radiates trough the screen. For 4 weeks now i am doing the same workout as you every day, before i also worked out with you, but twice or three times a week. What really stuck with me is when you say, just work as hard as you can in the given time, and give it you're all. Thats what matters and not so much the duration. I was someone who believed in at least one hour workout a day. And now training with you, giving it all i have makes so much more sense and gives me much more peace, and time of course 🤣❤ Love you so much sydney. Greetz from the netherlands

Nutrition is my big struggle, not that I eat bad, I just am not watching macros like I need to which is why I think I’m struggling with seeing the definition. I took my rest day yesterday and did this workout today for august 2022 and DAAAAAANNNGGG I feel goooood!! The heaviest weight I have are 25lb dumbbells and there were times that I could’ve gone heavier if I’d had heavier dumbbells. Thank you Sydney for helping me feel strong and empowered!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥

3rd time doing this workout and I loved it again!!! Feels great to push hard in my legs and glutes and I was able to push back into my 35's for the Sumo RDL's which is a great NSV for me!!! Easing my way back into weighted work this week and couldn't be happier 😊. I went fairly light than my usual sticking between 15s - 20s and used my 45lb KB for sumo deadlifts. I gotta say it felt fantastic!! Loved it!

I really like when you state during the warm-up what to expect for the workout. For example, in this workout you mentioned how it was 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work per each exercise. It's nice to know what to expect before we get started! Thank you for everything you do for us!
