Sometimes I’m motivated enough to do my own routine or follow one of the music-only workouts that some other fitness celebs do. When I need a boost, I go to Sydney C! I love how enthusiastic, humble and knowledgeable she is. Always feel better about myself after one of these! Also enjoyed the Macarena breakdown in this one. :-)

I crushed it! I just finished 2nd exercises with you today. From boxing to this on. And I feel great. I came from a person who hate to exercise but now I can do it for two hours. I lost from 113lb to 96 lb. with good diet. Your are my big inspiration. Thanks Sydney. ❤️❤️👍 #sydneysquad

Just finished one of your kickboxing routines, it was 50 minutes but it flew by! I'll do this on Monday because I take the weekend off. My son is 8 months old and I still can't do workouts with too much jumping because my hips hurt the next day and I really love that even your HIIT workouts don't have a crazy amount of jumps. I am so glad I found this channel, I look forward to doing your workouts

Happy Friday All! Just crushed it with you all 💪 This is exactly what I needed on a major case of SADS on this gloomy wet NYC morning. I also got my sciatica flared up last evening and was wondering if I am up for it. Happy to report that I was able to do all the exercises even with the weights on the pliye squat holds and so on. Loved this! I do better with faster paced workouts. Slow targeted strength is difficult for me . This past week I thought maybe I lost endurance/strength because it felt so hard. Today I rocked it so I know I need to target more thank you

Hi Sydney, Thank you so much for being such an inspiration. I used to be a gym rat many years ago, then when we moved to the suburbs I had my own home gym and was able to maintaining my physique. But as we age and having kids, our body changes and is harder to maintain even with a healthy diet. With your variety of workout videos, I am able to get back my pre-kids body. Thank you!

WOW this was fantastic. I thought w/o the heavier weights used for the lower body, I wondered if it would end up not being as hard... What was I thinking! (Ha!) I've just recently discovered your channel and tried your workouts over the last several days. Great workouts :) I love the variety of exercises in different workouts because I simply get bored of the same workout routine quickly . Also, your instructions are clear, your attitude is positive and highly motivating.... all in all I enjoy your workouts. Keep them coming! :) p.s.
