I really enjoyed this and worked my butt off! Annoyingly however my fitbit only counted 356 calories burnt - this can't be right 😡, I used heavier weights and kept up with Sydney the whole time (I'm at a pretty decent fitness level too). I purposely bought it to keep track of fitness so what a waste of money.. Anyway, cheers for a wicked workout Sydney 💪💪

I've been doing your workouts for almost 3 years - I've bounced around between the same 3 or 4 videos, and just added this one to my rotation. I strength train because I have a disorder that affects how my body processes & stores food, it affects my insulin, metabolism, etc. I'll never be thin, but I can be strong! I also focus on keeping healthy and strong because I am a health care aide, and I've seen so many burn out and their bodies give out..and I am determined to be there for my guys for many more years to come.

Dear Sydney, I was a nobody from Ohio and West Virginia too! Now I'm a nobody from L.A. :) My parents moved us to Los Angeles when I was a kid, and I still live here, but I'll always be from West Virginia. I'm a special education teacher. I just did your workout and loved it! Can't believe I did well with it because I just turned 52 years old, but I kept up. I have severe arthritis and spent my teens and early 20s in a wheelchair. Now in remission, yeah! Six years ago, I suffered a sudden coronary arrest and flatlined for 4 minutes. That's how I found out I have genetic cardiovascular disease. There's a titanium stent in my left main artery now, but I'm active and wanting to be as fit as possible. Thank you SO MUCH for your positivity. Today was the best I've felt since all of this terrible stuff going on in our country and world began. I really appreciate it! Here's to Ohio and West Virginia and people like you and me. Not challenging at all. 6 sets of 3 exercises (45 min, 2 rounds). After 6 sets, for last 20 min all exercises are repeated once. Good thing is there’s no rest period. But not worth to spend 60 when there are many other challenging workout. 👎
