I am really loving this series and this workout was great! I am someone who has to get my conditioning outside of my weightlifting routine as I have a condition that is a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. I don't do HIIT workouts or much with plyometrics as my body just doesn't recover well from it or tolerate it well. I can push and do it, but it's not what is good for me. I'm also a fitness/yoga instructor, so I am well conditioned and I come to this channel primarily for building muscle and strength. Also, I love how you warm us up. I wonder if there are more like me out there who skip the HIIT and cardio for other forms (walks, power yoga, hiking, elliptical etc...). I would love to see a whole series that the focus is on hypertrophy/strength building only. If there already is one, someone point me to it please. 😁

I love your work outs. I have been consistent for 3 years! My one request is variety. In your older work outs. You had a lot of variety and different yet effective moves. It seems more repetitive in the past year. I only do full body work outs for reference. Besides that your amazing and thank you for helping so many❤❤❤❤❤
