I crushed it. This one had to me favorite so far. I love when it is so difficult that I am not saying nice words towards the end and feel like I am about to get sick. It means I pushed myself more then normal. Thanks for these amazing workouts.

I like that you always explain proper form in your videos, you're not cheering us on, but you're explaining how to properly do it, so I always adjust my form after starting out because of your cues, thanks a lot for that

Really awesome workout and as someone who's fit and has been working out with trainers for over 15 years, I really love that your vids can meet the needs of fit and experienced people as much as someone who's just getting into it and is new to these moves. Really great :)

yup, you just do it at your weights class and I add a little more intense cardio in the 20 second sections.

Yay, I crushed this to the end!! This was a pretty intense, challenging workout, and I am happy to say I completed it. It was pretty tough doing those moves 5 times in a row.That's where you get to see your endurance getting challenged! Woo hoo!

Whoa buddy!!! Heck of a sweaty work out Sydney! I LOVED it! I was worried I was going to missed today's (and have to somehow squeeze it in another day) because my one year old got sick and it has been all about him today. Normally I would use it as an excuse saying the universe says I need a rest day, but...... Your dedication to posting a new workout every day is truly motivating and instead of destressing during his nap with netflix I destressed with youand I am GLAD I did. Thank you!! So... I am so proud of myself for crushing this one! I usually work out at 5 am not 5 pm so I was super stoked that I still had the energy for this great work out. I cannot lie, I was pretty much hating you during the last ab routine. It was incredibly challenging for me! But, the final total body was so fun that it made up for it. Now, where's that foam roller😀!

You did awesome! I also had to do today's in the evening due to sick toddler duty. No kidding on the last ab circuit! By the second round I grabbed my 5 pound weight for the first time and then I let go of my pride by the 4th and went weightless also. Great sweaty workout Sydney and awesome work again Anne!

Crushed it! I only burned half as many calories--440 but worked hard the whole time. But I'm 5'4" female, a big man would burn way more. I love the fast paced variety Sydney brings, thank you!!!

I only discovered your workouts recently, but the older ones just now. I am so glad you have an hour long workouts ❤ I crushed it, though with modified cardios in between and somewhere w/o dumbbells. My heartrate was in zone 4 almost the entire time!

I just stumbled upon you a few days ago and this is my second workout with you. Crushed it! I am a mountain biker but I still do daily workouts at home to train in different ways. Glad I found your site as it is a nice change of pace.

I crushed it. I mix up my workouts along with different fitness users on KZbin , and I say you are the best one for functional strength training in my opinion. I have burned 560 calories. It may not have been 810 calories for me but everyone is different, and that’s ok. I always like to challenge myself. To be fair, I think I would have burned more if it weren’t for the 1 hour run I had before this workout. I’m now at a total of over 1,500 calories today and still eating right and taking the best supplements to maintain myself too. Im a 33 year old male who is below waist size 33 and below 180 lbs as well with lean muscle. Also about 5’8” too. Thank you so much! Just subscribed! P.S. I used 25 lb dumbbells for this workout, and the toughest exercise was lifting the dumbbell with my feet but I made it through and took it slowly

This is one of my favorites. No rest boom boom boom! I love all that you do but please can we have more strength and conditioning workouts. Especially when they’re 60 minutes. Get the day going for sure. Love you Sydney!

I went and got new weights and revisited this workout and DAMN. It burned but what I was most surprised was how much my abs were burning. Abs are my favourite to train but this did me in, I love it.

Crushed it!!!! I really liked this one. It flew by! I used a variety of weights to really push myself and felt very worked by the end! Your 60 minute strength and conditioning workouts are my favorite!!!!!!

I did it too🤗i worried that it might be not strength-intense enough, as I skipped the gym today. But now i have to say that it was more fun than gym exercising! I need strength and stamina for dancing, so this was perfect! Thank you!
