I'm a Zumba-holic and was previously attending classes four or five times a week along with Body Pump at my local Y. Then last spring the state shut down and attending classes was no longer an option. My Zumba instructor did streaming classes and that was great for a while. Then an old shoulder injury starting causing me pain and I could no longer keep up with the full range of motions so I took a break. Your program was talked about in a group of friends over that summer. I'm finally ready to try something other than Zumba and Body Pump - as I recently tried going back to Zumba and it just isn't providing the full workout I crave since the classes are only twice a week now. That friend recently mentioned your program and KZbin Channel again, so here I am! I am feeling great after this first workout session and love how you are on top of promoting the full healthy lifestyle of stretching, sleep, and nutrition as a part of the routine. My One Year Anniversary of working out with Sydney -- Proud and Thankful!! 90 Day Challenge developed a habit = 1 year of working out, 0 days missed! I have Never had such a strong core! What I've learned: Additional stretching - critical! Modify - swapping workouts during time crunches, travel, etc. allows consistency to be maintained Yesterday I heard: "You look younger every time I see you!" Score!!

I forgot that Fit and Strong At Home was the first program I ever did with Sydney. I thought it was Transcend 🤦♀️. Now I remember. Anyway, I thought Sydney was going to be way too hard for me back then. I had been watching her channel for a couple of weeks before I bit the bullet and went for it. I only had 10lb weights, but I started anyhow. With Sydney's encouragement, I began buying more weights and pushing myself harder. I'm really amazed to see how far I've come. My little home gym is still smaller than I'd like, but I invest in myself whenever I have the money and buy more equipment. It doesn't matter how heavy my weights are though. What really counts is my attitude, so I show up every day ready to work and give it my best. Thank you Sydney for always being there for me.

I was in the pits and didn't get out of bed until 0800 then felt so sorry for myrself and went back to bed I felt so ashamed of my mental health and felt so ashamed for having lost 20kg but then put 8kg back on. I felt so ashamed that I used to get up at 0500 to exercise with Sydney and Rex my German Shepard and now I can hardly even crawl out of bed for work But at 1300, i thought, I just really really miss Sydney's voice and how she encourages all of us and I felt that I just maybe, I can press "play" and hang out and do something, if anything, and crawl to end to end and hear her saying "you have made it to you cool down!" I am certainly not proud of my recent lack of action, but I am proud to say I did "crawl" to the very end of this video and I just want to encourage anyone who is struggling right now, mentally, physically or financially, yes, we can , we can just crawl out of the pits, and stand up and press "play" and get to the end and feel proud and positive and yes, we cannot wait to see Sydney come back from her well deserved honeymoon! and yes, tomorrow, I promise myself, I WILL CRAWL out of bed and press "play", just to hear Sydney's voice and see you guys! My favorite exercise during this session were the single leg dead lift...toe on the floor. I appreciate that you take the time to breakdown each exercise, especially those hinge moves. My body goals are to build muscle, improve strength and to endure these workouts.

Did this workout when it first came out, and now today, 10 months later, I am blown away at how much stronger I am!! I took note of the weights i used the first time around and today I tripled all of those weights! So proud of myself, and so excited to redo this challenge while you’re on your honeymoon!

My two big goals for this month are to focus on good nutrition, which for me means less sweets and more veggies; but, also to not feel bad about myself if I do eat sweets and to just get back on track. I have a tendency to downward spiral once I feel that I have "messed up", which is so not helpful or productive and is really bad for my mental health. Thankyou Sydney for being so motivational, and hardworking, and most of all realistic!!! Even though I have gained a bit of weight recently, I am stronger than I have ever been! A big part of that has been stretching CONSISTENTLY!
