When I did this workout the first time my glute bridges were done without a band or weight. This time I used the heavy band and a 50 lb weight. #icrushedit #iamproud #happy #healthy #strong #sydneysquadstrong

This workout is very meaningful to me because it is the day I started checking in with a group on a daily basis. I haven't missed a day since October 1, 2020! Love seeing how I've grown (in strength and as a person) for the past almost 11 months. :)

Congrats on your daily practice of nearly 11 months!! What a wonderful workout this was. I actually pulled out my foam roller for a session afterwards thanks to Sydney’s encouragement. ❤️

So I don't follow Sydney's workouts consecutively, I like to jump around between old and new routines, and I love the small differences in improvement in her craft: the perfect pep talks, seamless transitions from work to explanation of next move, perfect plugs to hype her brand and channel. Go Syd! OH...and I crushed it today WOOO!

I'm a Zumba-holic and was previously attending classes four or five times a week along with Body Pump at my local Y. Then last spring the state shut down and attending classes was no longer an option. My Zumba instructor did streaming classes and that was great for a while. Then an old shoulder injury starting causing me pain and I could no longer keep up with the full range of motions so I took a break. Your program was talked about in a group of friends over that summer. I'm finally ready to try something other than Zumba and Body Pump - as I recently tried going back to Zumba and it just isn't providing the full workout I crave since the classes are only twice a week now. That friend recently mentioned your program and KZbin Channel again, so here I am! I am feeling great after this first workout session and love how you are on top of promoting the full healthy lifestyle of stretching, sleep, and nutrition as a part of the routine. Thank you for having this channel as a free resource. I am looking forward to feeling like myself again by the end of the month : strong, healthy, and motivated!

My One Year Anniversary of working out with Sydney -- Proud and Thankful!! 90 Day Challenge developed a habit = 1 year of working out, 0 days missed! I have Never had such a strong core! What I've learned: Additional stretching - critical! Modify - swapping workouts during time crunches, travel, etc. allows consistency to be maintained Yesterday I heard: "You look younger every time I see you!" Score!!

I forgot that Fit and Strong At Home was the first program I ever did with Sydney. I thought it was Transcend 🤦‍♀️. Now I remember. Anyway, I thought Sydney was going to be way too hard for me back then. I had been watching her channel for a couple of weeks before I bit the bullet and went for it. I only had 10lb weights, but I started anyhow. With Sydney's encouragement, I began buying more weights and pushing myself harder. I'm really amazed to see how far I've come. My little home gym is still smaller than I'd like, but I invest in myself whenever I have the money and buy more equipment. It doesn't matter how heavy my weights are though. What really counts is my attitude, so I show up every day ready to work and give it my best. Thank you Sydney for always being there for me.

@@TamiBrown I totally think this would be a great program for a beginner. This one was created for the pandemic when everyone was trying to figure out what to do so I think it's very approachable. You can always modify the movements for your situation as well. I think you'll love it if you give it a try. Good luck on your journey!

Bear crawls have always been hard for me. Today, I was able to complete all 3 rounds of bear crawls without stopping! I felt great after this workout!

Sydney, and Dustin and every one thANK YOU all so much! I was in the pits and didn't get out of bed until 0800 then felt so sorry for myrself and went back to bed I felt so ashamed of my mental health and felt so ashamed for having lost 20kg but then put 8kg back on. I felt so ashamed that I used to get up at 0500 to exercise with Sydney and Rex my German Shepard and now I can hardly even crawl out of bed for work But at 1300, i thought, I just really really miss Sydney's voice and how she encourages all of us and I felt that I just maybe, I can press "play" and hang out and do something, if anything, and crawl to end to end and hear her saying "you have made it to you cool down!" I am certainly not proud of my recent lack of action, but I am proud to say I did "crawl" to the very end of this video and I just want to encourage anyone who is struggling right now, mentally, physically or financially, yes, we can , we can just crawl out of the pits, and stand up and press "play" and get to the end and feel proud and positive and yes, we cannot wait to see Sydney come back from her well deserved honeymoon! and yes, tomorrow, I promise myself, I WILL CRAWL out of bed and press "play", just to hear Sydney's voice and see you guys! Loved every second of today's workout!! So excited for this new month!! I completed the September Challenge and literally burst into tears when I took my flex selfie with Sydney!! I was so proud of myself for having stuck with it instead of giving up halfway through something like I usually do. Thank you Sydney for your encouragement and fun workouts, you make it easy to show up everyday!!

My favorite exercise during this session were the single leg dead lift...toe on the floor. I appreciate that you take the time to breakdown each exercise, especially those hinge moves. My body goals are to build muscle, improve strength and to endure these workouts.

I’ve never done her workouts before, and this was my first session. I’ve never exercised with someone more supportive and informative. She helps focus more on form and i feel AMAZING at the end. I loved this!

Did this workout when it first came out, and now today, 10 months later, I am blown away at how much stronger I am!! I took note of the weights i used the first time around and today I tripled all of those weights! So proud of myself, and so excited to redo this challenge while you’re on your honeymoon!

My two big goals for this month are to focus on good nutrition, which for me means less sweets and more veggies; but, also to not feel bad about myself if I do eat sweets and to just get back on track. I have a tendency to downward spiral once I feel that I have "messed up", which is so not helpful or productive and is really bad for my mental health. Thankyou Sydney for being so motivational, and hardworking, and most of all realistic!!! Even though I have gained a bit of weight recently, I am stronger than I have ever been! A big part of that has been stretching CONSISTENTLY!

Reporting the day after doing this workout to confirm that the burn is REAL. My quads, glutes and hamstrings are very very sore today (and my abs and back got a good little workout from this too!). Even after a long walk and a good stretch I can still feel the work I did yesterday. Thank you, Sydney! You never let us down!

This workout leaves me sweaty and feeling my muscles pumped. I LOVE how there is variety with floor and standing...and band and weights. It def hit my butt and legs sooooo good for moving through my day and getting rid of tigh legs from sitting in zooms! Peace all!

I took a month off to do another program...and what do you know?! I came BAAACCKKKK!!! Sydney is the absolute best! I like to lift heavy so I modify with the squat rack and barbell, staying between #85-105 today except for the single leg stuff. Stoked to get stronger this month girl! xoxoxo Thanks for all you do!

thank you for a lower body work out with no jumping, for those of us of mature age and w extra 20 pounds, i could only do 24 of 45 min but i did the cool down and did a walk/run for 10-15 m for warm up, I am a subscribed already, thank you again I be doing these beginner levels for now till I feel stronger

Almost skipped this to get Dunkin’ Donuts this morning before work instead of getting a workout in - I knew you would have so much motivation for me & I am so incredibly happy that I decided to show up today with all of y’all! I feel great - let’s kick this months toosh 💪🏽

Thank you for these! Legs are my easiest to workout because they're strongest but I definitely sweated in my 65 degree garage. Thank you I'm down past 200 lbs now because of these videos and your motivation Thank you! 😊

Been sometime since I subscribed to Sydney but today was the first time I did her workout. DAMN!! Absolutely loved it. Worked up such a good sweat without crazy jumping or complex moves. Loved it❤️

I completed the Fit & Strong At Home and feel stronger. Thank you Sydney for your inspiration and encouragement during the workout and throughout life and health. I had to do some modification because I am tall and am in a small apartment but you encourage me to continue and you provide the modifications necessary. Thank you so much!
