This is so random, but jic anyone is interested. The PNB that seperates does so beciase it is actually peanutbutter with no other additives (peanuts abd salt only). It is so much more healthy for you so if that is something you are interested in making the switch to (no judgements if you dont...but of you are looking for ways to decrease you sugar intake and you eat a lot of peanut butter this may be good advice?) Stir it the first time you open it then put it in the fridge. It wont separate when its cold and it doesnt stay cold long after you take it out so you would never notice the difference. I made the switch a couple months ago and its been a game changer in my health (especially if you do a plant based diet. pure natural PNB is a great source of protein with healthy fats that your diet might be missing)
