After my first listening, I was instantly taken back to a young man who finished 7th in his series. That man in 2022 crashed through the glass ceiling, and his music streamed over 1 billion times. That man's name is Calum Scott. Sidney is just as special as Calum. She was born to be heard, and this series proved it 100%

What a lovely heartfelt reaction, and just the way I feel watching this for the fiftieth time. As a 71 year old blues/rock fan, who's never watched a talent show before, it's good to know that others feel the same about our Syd, there is a very special talent in her that defies description. I'm seeing her live in Feb next year, and not sure if I'll be able to hold it together, but knowing you can let your emotions go gives me strength to just enjoy what comes my way and be thankful for talent like this. I appreciate your heartfelt reaction to Sydnie's personality and talent. Her choice of Tomorrow was so personal to her, BGT being her "last chance" at a musical career, as one can see from the melancholy she brings to the song in the last verse. As she sings, tomorrow is "Always" a day away. Thank God she had the courage to finally appear on BGT, given her well-known low self-esteem issues. This audition song was familiar to her, having sung it repeatedly over the years, although this version was much more personal, almost a type of security blanket, as she did not fully have faith in herself. The incredible reaction of the audience was such a shock to her as is clearly visible; she had no idea Her Voice and Self were so magnetic and forceful. The golden buzzer stunned her. All of this gave her the additional punch of courage to do My Way her way, the true audition for BGT with her in full voice, full power, full self. She acknowledges this to Ant and Dex and the audience at the post-My Way interview. Enjoy MY WAY and OVER THE RAINBOW!

Yes, Sydnie is so good, sharing her feelings with each of us: you can keep up with her, now, as well; do NOT skip her BGT rendition of over the Rainbow, as it has to be seen....😮❤🎉😅 Her whole family has supported her since her teen years, and she returned to her parents' home in west Kent from London soon after winning the BGT, to minimise her costs and on advice from her new agents.

I have watched dozens of Sydnie Christmas "Tomorrow" reaction videos and made some great comments, but yours Chadeo blew the rest of them "out of the park" and has made a subscriber out of me. Hi again Chadeo. I see you’re a little behind with Sydnie and working backwards since your 1st reaction was Over The Rainbow about 2 weeks ago. You got to prioritize her now, like you do with Lucy Thomas. There was nothing wrong with her childhood. She actually has performed in 2 plays and on cruise ships, but never got that big break playing a lead on The West End. She was ready to quit the business and BGT was her last attempt to get her name out there. Seems to have worked, no? PS: The version of Tomorrow she sang was originally sung by Marisha Wallace as a fundraiser during Covid when all the theaters were shut down 4 years ago.
